We liked the room, everything was clean and cozy, but in the basement. I took off the star because I had to swear to get into the room. We booked it on the way by calling the receptionist at the reception, confirming it again, but we could not transfer the prepayment, since I do not work with Russian cards in Kazakhstan, and there was no other one, they said that it was OK, they booked it that way. But when we were driving around the city and called again to clarify the address, we couldn't find it, we said sorry, it was booked at the booking office, explaining that the hostess did not know that the administrator had booked. We had to swear and defend our rights, but still we were settled. They found a paid parking lot nearby.
In general, we slept great, but the bedding was artificial, I really don't like it and I wasn't thrilled about it. In general, I recommend it, but keep in mind our booking situation.
