A small but cozy coffee shop. Nice guys behind the bar. They cook on a welder. We made good coffee))
The only thing I would advise the guys is to promote/sell the grain of local roasters. This can become another of your business cards. As tourists from other regions and countries, it would be a great experience to buy local grain. Because you can buy a welder on every corner in Russia.
It would be great to promote local grain. And set aside a separate shelf for this))

The first place we visited in Minsk. It's a delight! First of all, I would like to mention the employees who are just cute, very friendly, neat, and the quality of service is excellent! I took breakfast + cappuccino 19 rubles. Zucchini fritters are, of course, an expectation/reality, but they taste delicious. The only thing is, the sauce is quite garlic, there's crushed garlic right there
There is not enough space inside, I went to the fresh air, but the condos were noisy there, a little hectic atmosphere is being created
But for the sake of the cappuccino, I would go back 100%

We came to Minsk for the first time for the weekend, visited several coffee shops: here was the best coffee we tried. Just a great cappuccino: perfect balance of acidity, not bitter, good foam, felt the interesting taste of the berry.

When the establishment opened, I came in for coffee all the time. But Rafe's taste has changed in recent times. It used to feel like coffee, but now it's like I'm drinking a warm milk drink. Also, there used to be a slight taste of burnt sugar, now it is also gone. I have no idea what the problem is, but something has changed, either the barista, or the grains, or the portions of coffee have become smaller (
But I still believe that everything will return as before)

A coffee shop for fans of the coffee alternative. A very cool drinks menu, but rather for those who like black coffee without frills.
The interior is a cannon. It is very bright, there are a lot of plants, there are few seats inside, but the chairs and sofa are comfortable.
The barista is 50/50. If you get to the owners' shift, then the service is much more pleasant.
Dog friendly. There are grains on sale, a good selection, they will help with the choice, they can grind on the spot.

They have just opened recently and have already become one of my favorite places in Minsk.
When hiking, keep in mind that there are no more than 10 seats inside and often 80% are always occupied.
The most successful hours are before 13:00 and after 18:00
If you use coffee shops as a workspace, then this will not be the best option, since the outlet is located only at one place.
The drinks here are delicious, I definitely recommend trying matcha and espresso tonic, some of the best in the city.
There is no physical menu with food yet, but asking the barista will tell you everything. The range is modest, but there will be plenty to choose from!
The staff are cool and you can even chat with them ;)
As of 04/11/2023, there is no toilet yet :(
The place is definitely worth visiting more than once!

Extremely impractical lids, it is simply inconvenient to drink hot drinks from them, they do not sit on the glass tightly enough, which can lead to an unpleasant situation in which you get your clothes dirty.
The atmosphere in the establishment is pleasant, but there is little light and space.
