The administrator did not react to our repeated request in any way. As a result, we stayed there for 2 hours.
The support in whatsapp does not work well. They answer for a long time, they do not solve the questions.

The mobile application is slow, and some necessary functions are missing. Currency exchange in the mobile application is overestimated at times.
