Moreover, regular lateness! They are not fixable..such service every time! Fortunately, there is now a large selection of carriers with the same pricing policy, and the service is 100 times better. I got on the carrier Denisovka-plus several times because of the urgency of the trip, I repeatedly made comments, but they categorically do not want to improve their service! If you want to keep your nerves and good mood, go around Denisovka-plus
06/3/2016, flight Moscow-Chernivtsi: The bus arrived late, there were many more passengers with tickets than seats. The dispatcher, Nazar, behaved frankly boorishly, although the current situation is a direct consequence, at least, of his failure to fulfill his duties or direct abuse of official position. I booked a place a week in advance, they offered to go the next day, there was no question of reimbursing the cost of the hotel. The bus is barely alive, has been out of repair for a long time, 7.5 hours late!
06/25/2016 flight Chernivtsi-Moscow (direct!): when boarding, passengers were confronted with the fact that the flight should go to Vinnytsia, and there they will be picked up by another bus already to Moscow. The bus broke down before reaching Kelmenets 20 km away (at the very beginning of the route). For several hours, passengers "sunbathed" on the highway at +30, the dispatcher at that time replied that the breakdown had been fixed and "the bus is already leaving." In the end, it turned out that all the places to Moscow by bus, which follows from Vinnytsia, have already been sold and the only option is to return to Chernivtsi, and at your own expense. Passengers, including children, were abandoned on the highway in the heat to their fate! And now there is still an unpleasant explanation about the forced absenteeism.
NEVER use the company's services!!!

Boarding: purchased tickets do not mean that you will board! You go and stand in the shower for two hours for boarding passes, then get on the bus and if there are any seats left, then you will sit where you can!
The road: one driver with a terrible fume and is blind! they fly fast, which causes them to get into an accident, and you are on money and on time! Well, if not for your health!
The bus: dirty, there is an aquarium in one glass))), they pushed it every time they drowned it out! it's a small thing, but it's nice for our money)
