The hotel is very conveniently located in the "Old Town", any attraction can be reached on foot. There is also a shopping center and shops and cafes for every taste, taxi and transport stops nearby.
Positive:
- Responsive and attentive staff;
- Nice and comfortable room (lots of windows, comfortable sofa, cool balcony);
- Free mini-bar (found out at check-out);
- Pleasant interior throughout the hotel;
- Very calm and intimate (only 4 rooms).
Breakfast is simple, but you won't stay hungry.
Minuses:
- The bed linen is smaller in size than the bed, which is why it gathers into a lump;
- A bad drain in the shower, they asked me to do something (they didn't fix it).
Overall, the hotel left a pleasant impression. I can recommend it for a short time.
A wonderful hotel, very cozy with a convenient location. There are many attractions of the old town within walking distance. The breakfasts are delicious, the rooms are cleaned daily.
The staff is helpful and courteous..
I will definitely recommend it to my relatives and friends!
The hotel is located in the old town. Nearby is the Maiden Tower, the site of the fall of Mironov and Nikulin from the film "The Diamond Hand" and other attractions of the old city. Within walking distance there is a beautiful promenade, three Mega Malls – Deniz Mall, 28 Mall, Park Bulvar Mall. Shopping malls are about 1.5-2 km away. In these Shopping malls, all brands, including adidas, Nike, LC Waikiki, etc. I went during the low season in February 2024, so I was checked into a Lux room, although I booked a standard one. No additional payment was taken. Immediately upon arrival, I ordered breakfast for the whole week of arrival. Breakfast is 8 euros. Very hearty breakfast: scrambled eggs, porridge, rolls, cheese, sour cream, coffee, tea. There are very nice young people at the reception. They speak Russian. There is a refrigerator in the room. We wake up early in the morning to Prayer from a nearby mosque, so see for yourself how convenient it is for you. There is no elevator, but the suitcases will be carried to the room by the hotel staff. For a trip to the airport, I asked the reception to order a taxi for a fee. The cost of a trip to the airport is -20 €. The hotel is good – there are no complaints.
We chose the hotel based on the reviews, and we were not mistaken. A very good location (we can say that it is located on the "first line" of the old town), next to the Maiden Tower. It's quick and easy to find. The street is quiet . There are no crowds of tourists walking under the windows. The sound insulation in the hotel itself is wonderful. We had a standard room, so the windows overlooked the neighboring building. It didn't bother us at all) But if you take a room with a balcony, you will have a view of the Maiden Tower. There is a mosque next to the hotel. Every day at 3.30 am, we were more and more immersed in the atmosphere of the ancient city, thanks to the azan coming from the mosque. It's very beautiful and authentic. But, look for yourself) On day 4, we didn't hear anything and didn't wake up. The hotel has only 4 rooms. Cleaning was carried out daily. The staff is very helpful. The hotel provided a free transfer from the airport. It was nice) The administrator Rufat met us at the roadside , helped us take our suitcases to the hotel , picked us up in the room, and on the way back, he also escorted us to the road, to the car. He helped us with the organization of an individual tour. And when something was needed, he always came forward. A very kind, sincere, pleasant woman cooked our breakfasts. Only the first day we decided to go to the advertised place for breakfast, but it's not worth it. All the remaining days we had breakfast at the hotel and then quietly went for a walk. The impressions about the hotel were the most pleasant) Thank you to the staff) I recommend the Deniz Inn hotel!
Great location, right in the old town, next to the waterfront. Friendly hosts and administrators. Good and hearty breakfasts, delicious tea and coffee. The suites have atmospheric balconies.
Good afternoon!I visited Baku, stayed at the Deniz inn.So-so hotel for a weak three.One of the advantages is the location.The food is poor, the attitude of the staff is heroic.As you are requested, save the dishes at breakfast...do not use many plates, i.e., type an omelet with jam, dessert into one and approx.They settled on the 3rd upper floor.The suitcase was brought, and at the eviction, they said :What am I going to carry to you, carry it yourself. The APOTHEOSIS was our search for the hotel immediately when we arrived.It's a big city with broken streets.Thanks to the taxi driver, he talked on the phone and then only found the hotel.But in fact they moved into another hotel.At the reception, the guy who met us announced that if we stay with them, they will give us free transportation service.We agreed to slow down, but the offer was not relevant and our suitcases went with us to the hotel we had originally booked (it was much worse).
The pleasant homely atmosphere of the hotel in the old town. Delicious breakfasts that start at 9 a.m., which was unusual, as I wanted to go for a walk along the beautiful streets early in the morning. Thanks to the hotel staff for the warm welcome and advice on where to go and what to see.
Very friendly staff! Instant help in everything 👍 well done 👏 Rooms with a balcony are super! The disadvantage is that the bed linen is smaller in size than the bed ((( you wake up on a bare mattress.
A wonderful place in the inner city, with wonderful people :)

We had a rest in Baku at the end of May, booked on booking.com our expectations were met by 100% a room with a balcony and a view of the Maiden Tower, the convenient location of the hotel itself is super for hiking in the historical center of the city. I was very pleasantly surprised by the breakfast, which is always varied, delicious and with a national flavor. Special thanks to the staff, administrator Rauf, who is always ready to very delicately fulfill any request and wishes of customers, the cooks and the maid everything was very tasty, clean, beautiful and homely. I consider this offer on the booking the most optimal in terms of price-quality ratio and the pleasure it gives. I recommend it to everyone planning a trip to Baku.
The location of the hotel is simply super! The Maiden Tower is visible from the balcony. The room is cozy, the hotel staff is friendly. I recommend this hotel to everyone. :)
