Me, AZOV MONASYPOV and my wife live in Antalya and use the services of Denizbank here. We are very satisfied with the quality of service. We are especially grateful to Manager Yunus. We receive qualified assistance from him. Besides, he speaks Russian well and it helps us too.

A small department, Parking is bad-you can find a place on the side streets; there are often huge queues in this department, There is a Russian-speaking manager; not the most friendly staff
The best branch of Deniz Bank in my practice for the period November 22 - April 23. I did not visit further. In many branches, they do not even communicate in English, it is difficult to resolve issues, they do not start an account. And I compare this with a number of branches of cities in the north of Turkey and Antalya itself. Here, the account (albeit with a deposit of $ 5,000) is promptly opened and spoken in English / Russian, and foreign currency cash is quietly withdrawn through the cash register without commission (to which some branches only respond that the commission will be clear only when withdrawing).
In general, I recommend it to Russian speakers👍🏼

To open an account / card, Russians are asked to deposit 5000USD for a month. Moreover, this is clearly the arbitrariness of the departments. Service standards are not respected, if they exist at all. The work schedule is very limited, there is a lunch break in the afternoon, they do not work on weekends. There are no plastic cards available, it is not known when they will be delivered. In general, banking services are very far behind the Russian ones, those who drew ads on the DenizBank office are probably not at all aware of the best practices that Russians are used to. I do not recommend this bank for cooperation (although rather this recommendation applies to the entire Turkish banking sector).
