The bank's service is terrible. I opened an account, a deposit of 10,000 liras. After leaving Turkey, they blocked my mobile and online banking. There is money in the account that I cannot dispose of, I cannot even view the balance, I cannot restore access remotely in any way. They require personal presence.
That is, I have to come to Turkey, take round-trip tickets, only for the bank to press the button and unfreeze the online bank.
I wrote to the post office and called. They didn't help.
I do not recommend it for tourists.
