First, they called and asked to postpone the appointment date a week in advance, I didn't mind. The day before the reception, they call and say that I can no longer use the cashback service, since time has passed. These are your jokes, you offer them yourself and cancel them yourself. Did it make sense to call and write to Whatsapp, set an appointment time?
