Aggressive and boorish attitude towards customers. It seems that the young ladies working in this store are stomatologists. of course, they do not fully understand what they are selling and to whom they are selling. I went to buy a Prime and Bond Universal adhesive. After paying for the purchase, I took it in my hand to see the expiration date. In response, the saleswoman's reaction unexpectedly followed: "What are you watching, young man? Do you think we're going to give you something stale here?" I was a little taken aback. When trying to explain why people look at the expiration date of the goods they buy, they were followed by: "Oh, get out of here already." The disarming inadequacy of the staff, which you can only expect in a rundown Soviet dumpling shop, but not in a professional medical supplies store. Of course, I took the money and bought the adhesive elsewhere (fortunately, there are enough stomat shops in the city). Despite the fact that everything was fine with the expiration date of this adhesive, I behaved calmly and correctly, I could not provoke such a storm of emotions in any way. I believe that if sellers / owners of a dental store do not understand why a doctor, when buying any dental material with which he will treat patients, checks the shelf life of this material, then they should switch to selling vegetables or whites. The level of culture and competence is suitable for this.
P.S. Well, the fact that they first gave me P&B NT instead of P&B Universal, I'm already silent, these are just small things.
