Unfortunately, I couldn't evaluate the doctor I was assigned to.
However, even the appointment itself has already proved to be very difficult for this clinic.
We made an appointment with a doctor, but as it turned out the day before the appointment, for some reason we were crossed out and a person was signed up for our place, but without explaining how this was possible, they offered the time an hour later. But as it would seem, "it happens" that we are all human beings and we can make mistakes somewhere, but when we arrive at the reception, we find out that for some reason, people who are registered after us have gone to our time! To the question of why? I was pleased with the answer- and why not.
Also, when asked to provide a book of comments and suggestions, we searched for it for a long time, after which they brought us some kind of notebook that does not even look like a book of comments and suggestions from afar.
Conclusion:
if a clinic allows itself to treat its patients who carry their money like that, does it make sense to go to a place where they don't appreciate their client?
A 1-star rating is even a lot. Everything that is written on the website and on Instagram is very questionable and, in my opinion, highly embellished.

I contacted the dental dock on October 3 about prosthetics.My case is complicated.I had to remove fragments of teeth that had served their time, because I was limited in time-I removed a lot at once and with complex roots.It was removed by the doctor Musa Adnan.I express my gratitude to him for the professionally done work and for the ability to establish contact with the patient.I am also grateful to the nurse who assisted him, Anna Urban.These two are a great team! After 6-7 months after recovery, I will return to them again.Tomorrow I will pass into the capable hands of Tatyana Gennadievna Milgevich and thank her very much for her work with my difficult case, for her confidence, which was transmitted to me, in a positive end result.The process of my prosthetics is not fast and complicated.I am glad that I did not make a mistake in choosing a clinic.
