Good evening. I was in this dentistry for professional hygiene. I was very unhappy. I was delayed in time for the procedure, but I warned the administrator about it twice by phone.
As a result, the doctor was in too much of a hurry, which led to a gum injury. By the evening, there was swelling, I couldn't swallow food and water properly. Although it would seem to be a harmless procedure, which previously did not cause discomfort to either me or my friends.
I photographed the swelling and sent a message to the clinic.
They answered me only with advice on rinsing and as if the procedure itself was traumatic, and not the doctor made a mistake.
My further message has not been answered to this day.
Doctors may be professionals here, after all, all sorts of situations happen, but the fact that the situation remains unresolved is a fact.
