Customer focus is at zero. It is impossible to get information via Instagram without mutual subscription of the clinic, which is strange. By calling the phone number listed on the website, they were informed that the nearest appointment to a pediatric dentist was in September, while no time was offered for an appointment. When I asked to leave my phone number in case someone refuses to record, they said that this does not happen... They also explained that the pediatric dentist performs an appointment only 1 time a week, in connection with which, it can be concluded that the service stated on the website is not actually provided. I live nearby, I have the opportunity to be regularly serviced at this clinic, but apparently they are not interested in clients.

It is always surprising why a clinic that respects itself and its clients, or any other organization, is afraid to display a negative review. The presence of only positive reviews should make you doubt the veracity of these reviews. By mistake, I did not read the reviews before going to this institution. Since I had not previously been to the "divorce", and the clinic next to the house, I came to this "center" for a consultation with a calm soul.
By the way, as a child, my parents "worked" on my teeth and bite, took me to the doctors, removed what was growing poorly in order to avoid a lot of problems in adulthood. Thank them for this (and I give the same advice to all parents).
In general, I go into the office, everything is clean and just fine. The doctor realized from my mini-answers that I was not very experienced in "dental matters" and still (in adulthood) rarely went to the dentist (I was 27 years old and had no particular problems). According to the doctor (spoiler: divorce No. 1), everything is bad for me - caries on 10 teeth, fillings are poorly placed, everything needs to be changed and even a normal tooth needs to be removed and an implant (in which nerves were removed 7 years ago), because "you need to think about your teeth in advance", as well as 8- and they grow very poorly. It seems that I remembered everything) (Divorce No. 2) - they offered to take a picture and of course I agreed, because I was previously "processed" and scared. After taking a picture, everything was only "confirmed". By the way, the presence of black dots does not indicate the presence of caries. But I had caries "everywhere." To admit, I felt like I was in a Turkish bazaar, but I still agreed to clean it, because it definitely needs to be done, and I haven't done it for 5 years.
I'm for an alternative opinion. After this clinic, I visited 2 more clinics (also PRIVATE). All the doctors sent greetings to DentalElit and said that they were happy to welcome their clients. In short, I was reassured, I don't have any caries, I don't need to remove anything. I don't like dots - you can remove and put seals, but "you don't need it now, you're fine, just watch." According to alternative opinions, if they did all the problems that are supposedly in my teeth, they would get rich. So be vigilant. Go for an alternative opinion and don't blindly believe the first "doctor" you come across. Many doctors have not yet saved up for a lavish life :)
