We recorded on 03/15/22 at 18:00 to see the doctor Eleulova. We left our clothes, went through the reception, the time was 18:13, the m/s came out to us and asked us to wait 10 minutes, because they still have a patient, we did not mind.
We got to the doctor: examination, X-ray (I will immediately note - pumping out money, when complaining of caries of one canine, which does not bother with pain, the doctor, without asking the patient, prescribes an X-ray of the entire jaw).
After the X-ray, it turned out that treatment with canal opening and filling was needed, but there was not enough time for it, because the clinic works until 19 o'clock.
And the nearest appointment is offered on 03/25/22.
I.e., only diagnostics were performed during today's visit.
If I previously recommended this clinic to my friends as more or less decent, now I will not recommend it to anyone, they do not differ in their level of service and organization from private offices with one doctor.
Conclusions: 1) illiterate registrars, they also knew by writing at 18 o'clock that the clinic closes at 19 o'clock. Or they want to grab at least something from the patient for a free hour.
2) the doctor and the m/s "stole" our 10 minutes, at the expense of the previous patient.
3) pumping out money for X-rays.
And, of course, a doctor who values his reputation and the clinic could delay closing for half an hour to help the patient, especially if their registrars do not understand their work. The iron curtain does not fall on the door at 19:00.
