As a guest in Belarus from the US, I was fortunate to have Dr. Anastasia at the Dentistry Clinic in Minsk for my dental cleaning and filling. She made me feel completely at ease, explaining every step of the procedure in perfect English. Despite my unusual request to fill a cavity without anesthesia, she handled it with such skill and care that I was incredibly comfortable—so much so that I almost fell asleep! Her precision and expertise are truly impressive. I highly recommend Dr. Anastasia for anyone seeking excellent dental care.

I liked the atmosphere. First, they came to consult with the child, told everything very well, recommended hygiene products. We treated the teeth of one child, and came with the second.
Administrators always warn you on the eve of a visit.
There is a small waiting area for kids, everything is thematically selected)
The only drawback is a very long waiting time for a certain doctor.

The first impression of the first visit is excellent, the expectation exceeded the reality. According to the picture, the doctor told us what problems there are, treatment options, and oriented us on the cost of future work. She was treated by Anastasia Dmitrievna Bernovich. A very pleasant doctor, from visual communication to the outcome of treatment. I would recommend this dentistry. Yes, there are different situations and maybe not pleasant either, but everything cannot be perfect. If you have any questions, you can contact the clinic and get an answer. I was pleased with the visit.

Upd: the clinic management was very attentive to my unpleasant situation and offered all possible solutions to the problem, which pleasantly surprised and influenced my further assessment.
I signed up for a consultation with a specialist more than a month ago, I was waiting for this appointment. I arrived at the clinic exactly at the appointed time, the administrator told me to wait. And that would have been fine, but this wait, without any warning or apology, dragged on for 35 minutes. When I asked how much longer I had to wait, the receptionist threw me something like, "Well, now, wait," and nothing happened next. After sitting for another 5 minutes, I just left this "wonderful" institution without hearing any apologies, or even a single word, as if I was not in this clinic. I understand that there may be hitches with time and records everywhere, but in decent places the administrator informs about this in a polite manner with a specific indication of the time that will have to wait. Here, everyone just doesn't care about you. Unfortunately (or fortunately) it was not possible to evaluate dental services and specialists, because the reception staff does not do their job well.

I went to this clinic to enroll my child in an orthodontist. To which I was told: "To make an appointment with this doctor, you must write to her on Instagram and arrange a time." Excuse me? This is the doctor of your clinic, I'm calling the registry. Why should I be scared to write to someone from my personal Instagram page? Or maybe I don't have an Instagram at all. Why does the registry not perform its direct functions of recording clients to the clinic's doctors?! This is one time. Having written to this doctor in private messages, I receive a reply that there is no record, but windows appear in her story ... i.e. the clinic has no online record where I could track doctors' windows, nor a waiting list. But I have to subscribe to the doctor on Instagram so that she has more followers and she gets promoted as a blogger. Otherwise, there is no way to get to this doctor. I still understand if the doctor worked for herself. In this case, let her record clients as she wants, but she is represented on the clinic's website as their full-time doctor, but the clinic does not provide a normal service for making appointments with doctors.

I treated the tooth under a microscope from a doctor Petrusenko O.A., only positive emotions remained: a consultation was held before treatment, explanations were given, the doctor's very sensitive and attentive attitude and the treatment itself did not cause any discomfort. Review of a former patient. I applied on November 8. The first reception - everything is fine, the stone was cleaned, a temporary seal was placed, a picture was sent. But strangely, the place for the picture can be found much closer to dentistry. Took a picture 1 km away. Back on the trail. day call - the snapshot is not readable. I was surprised, returned to where I took the picture - I overwritten it. He asked us to open it at the reception, he says we can't, but the doctor will open it. A day later, the message again does not open. I go back, I rewrite, I bring it again. It takes 3!!! days. I'm bothering Dentistry myself. Again, the answer is we can't open it. I get on the horse, I go where I did. With me, the administrator opens the record, everything is without problems. I'm going back to Dentistry. I say that until the record is opened in front of me, I will not leave. Of course, they can't open it, but they don't let the computer, they refer to the lack of a program for opening flash drives... Somehow the administrator manages. The next day I repeatedly bother to find out the result. By the end of the day, they notify me that the doctor didn't have time for me and in general, a "special" specialist looks at the pictures. I immediately sign up for another center, where the next day an ordinary doctor looks at the flash drive without any problems and gives recommendations. So Dentistry is probably a good place, but will there be time for you, that's the question

My daughter needed dental care due to acute pain. We managed to find the closest possible time for recording.
When it came time to treat the tooth, it turned out that it was complicated and it would not end with just treatment - it had to be removed.
But despite the surgeon's day off, the doctor agreed to come to work for us.
It was my fault that we had to remove the tooth in another place, but only positive emotions remained from this place! Thanks to all the dental staff for such customer orientation!

I got here by accident. I just suddenly decided that it was time and wanted to sit down in a chair right away. Out of a dozen, probably, interviewed dentists, it was in her that there was a window. I've never regretted it. I also brought my husband here, we take turns going to the same doctor).
There are no special problems with parking, there is always a place closer. Some clinics have disappeared from me according to this criterion)
