Very beautiful well-groomed territory, always clean without unnecessary noise, music did not blare for the whole hotel, food to choose from, everything is fresh. We were lucky with the room, the room is spacious, the furniture is all intact, the plumbing is working, we cleaned in good faith, but the beach was dirty, cows walked, dogs ran and the sunbeds were not even rinsed, the entrance to the sea is good and the sea itself is just super. Shops, the market is a little far away. There are bars and restaurants on the beach. I did not like the time of arrival and release of the room, you still need to take into account that the planes arrive at different times, I also did not like the bed linen, it was torn, there were no glasses and drinking water, a kettle and a hair dryer in the rooms, you must agree that it is extremely inconvenient to carry it with you on the plane. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

I had a rest from 1.07 to 07/10/2024. Positive: well-groomed territory, lots of greenery, good food, varied, clean sea behind the hotel, excursions. There are free sun beds on the beach. A place for a quiet family vacation. Cons: the beach is dirty, although it is considered a hotel beach. A beach worker would rather lie down all day than do anything! The photo of the beach that we see on the site does not correspond to reality. Junior Suite 20 does not meet the requirements of the word at all! It smells very damp, because there are problems with plumbing, which has not been repaired for a long time and is not going to be. The ceiling is full of leaks. The TVs are not working. The linen is not washed, stained. There are no basic glasses and water in the rooms, at least on arrival. The room was cleaned only upon request. For me, there were much more minuses than pluses. Abkhazia has delighted with its natural beauty! There is a desire to return, but not to this hotel!

I'll start with the pros
+Beautiful well-maintained territory.
+ The food is excellent, the chefs and the girls in the hall are polite, they cook delicious, the dishes will be cleaned, they will give additives,it's nice to be in the dining room, always clean, the portions are huge, sometimes we didn't even go to dinner or lunch, because everything is very tasty and satisfying, thank them so much for that!
+ I liked our maid Svetlana, she cleaned the room perfectly, offered to change the bed, but we only came for 5 days, all consumables were always in place, if something was needed, she always helped with a smile, thank you very much too!
Now the cons:
-The room has been renovated, but there was a constant puddle of water in the bathroom, the bed is old and shabby, needs to be replaced.
- There was no water in the hotel for almost 2 days!!!Neither cold nor hot!I had to go to the sea to collect 5L cans and carry water to the room by myself!!!But many people came with small children, just like us!Apologies from hell.the staff were brought only when we came to them ourselves to find out the reason why there was no water!!!We did not see a special desire to communicate with our guests from the administrator, but of course it can be understood, we may not be the first to ask her about it, but then why not gather the guests and immediately explain the situation with subsequent apologies!?
-Wi-fi catches very poorly, but maybe someone does not need itbut I work remotely, so a hotel with Wi-Fi was a priority.
The beach is close to the hotel, free sun beds, sometimes horses and cows walk along the beach (avoid mines), stray dogs (kind).
The Babylon store is a quiet walk of 15 minutes.
Medicines in local pharmacies are expensive, take everything with you.
Wash your hands more often, there is a danger of catching rotovirus.
Taxi to the market 200 rubles.
There are cafes on the shore, the prices are good.
I especially liked the aura, atmospheric.
