1) prices in the cafeteria for some items... Well, a piece of honey cake or carrot cake, for example, cannot cost more than the cake of the same name in the store! 5p per 100g is an obvious overkill.
2) Cockroaches are crawling on the carpets on the 4th floor!!!! It's terrible! 21st century, sanitary standards, etc ...
