I visit periodically. It's a small town :-)
On the one hand, it's good that such a Hardware store has appeared. This format has become more familiar to customers.
The range is wide, in terms of the list of departments and the variety of goods. And there's always a problem.
The product range, for almost every department at a minimum, is one time.
Replenishment or renewal of goods (according to my observation, say in a year) is rarely seen - it's two.
For the entire period of my short existence, I do not recall "Promotions", "Discounts", "Product presentation" - as if our residents had not grown up to progress in the construction business.
The overall impression is that the management has little interest in fighting for the customer and the store's image.
On the positive side, I would like to note that there are "At least" discount cards, and the staff is diligent, attentive, and executive. There was no opinion on competence, and there was no need to ask employees for information.
As a result, I'm sure (I've observed it more than once) almost everyone visits the existing 4-6 outlets, not looking for Cheaper ones (!) and in the search for Availability (!)
, what is still not clear is how construction shops can work until 18:30, especially during the summer construction season...?

A "rescue" for all occasions, if you have repairs. And in any other household situation, too. The assortment is the widest in the city. The prices are adequate, the people are friendly, they will always prompt and help. Point #1 on all non-food issues. Well done!

The store itself may be good, but the management and the owner don't care about the customers. On May 16, I walked for 40 minutes and searched the sales floor.. it was necessary to assemble 300m running sets of a grid with cables and other things, a complete set for the well... The ticket office sends to the hall and the hall is empty.. I saw one consultant in the audience and he waved his hand, it's a good thing he didn't send it.. I had to go to a nearby hardware store, where they collected everything and delivered it to me.

We ordered the kitchen a year ago, not all the components,there was not one duster,the gas elevator stopped working a month later.The kitchen is not cheap at the price, the quality leaves much to be desired, we also ordered a kitchen corner, the quality is full of G , does not correspond to the stated cost...the staff works for all 10 points, the only plus of this store!
