I bought a 1-2 grade bar, it turned out to be a curve with defects. But because I needed it urgently, I bought it and did not look for it because I thought it was everywhere. A couple of days later, I went to a hypermarket nearby and there was the same bar much better and for the same money. And then they sold a non-standard, at least they gave you a discount if you see that the material is non-standard.
Conclusion: if you are not in a hurry, take a trip and look at more construction hypermarkets along the way.

Recently I faced the task of covering a room with imitation timber and, of course, I was looking for a certain size and grade of AB. However, despite my efforts, I was unable to find the right option. At this moment, I would like to express my special gratitude to the manager Svetlana. Unlike employees of other companies, she did not limit herself to a standard answer. Svetlana asked clarifying questions and suggested an alternative option, which turned out to be very attractive.
As a result, I chose an imitation of an aircraft class beam, and, I admit, at first I was skeptical. However, when the material arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by its quality. The wood looks good and has no defects. To my surprise, the VS grade turned out to be not only at the level, but sometimes even surpassed the AB grade produced by RB, which I used for cladding other rooms.
Once again, I want to thank Svetlana for her professionalism and competent approach to business!

I bought a lot of wood here, reasonable prices, not more expensive than competitors. But previously, they allowed you to choose the material at one of the points, now they don't. This is their only disadvantage so far, but for someone it is very significant. By the way, some competitors allow you to choose.
P.S.: as in the bazaar, it depends on the seller, one will give a bag and allow you to choose the kilogram of fruit you like, and the other seller imposes only himself.

I used to order a lot, but lately the attitude towards the customer has been bad... for a large order:
1. There is a discount type, but in fact the prices are higher than all on the market
2. Upon delivery, the manager cannot coordinate assistance in unloading from the car - he himself must call the driver and persuade him to help with unloading
3. The boards do not match the grade and cannot be selected
I order from competitors ... although earlier the level of service was decent

Disgusting service and attitude towards customers! We needed 3 uncut boards. We spent 30 minutes looking for someone to ask for the price of the board. The board can only be taken in order, the fact that there is an illiquid (twisted, cracked) does not bother anyone, take what they give or go to another place for the board. I haven't seen such a boorish attitude towards customers since the 90s... I do not recommend buying anything here. We didn't read the reviews beforehand and went somewhere closer...
