Хочу начать с того,что выбор хороший,цена ниже чем у других представителей данной отрасли.Но при поездке на эту базу все детали уточняйте.При получении товара смотрите всегда что Вам подсовывают.Я сегодня столкнулся с ситуацией покупая брус 50х50 естественной влажности 1-2 сорта!По приезду на базу..оплатил...далее направился на склад,где мне показали стопку 2м брусков и сказали берите!Как только я стал выбирать и смотреть чтобы не была кривой, какие-то минимальные дефекты,как сразу мне парень начал говорить что у нас не подбирают,а берут как есть.На что у нас возник конфликт.Я ему начал объяснять что по сорту у меня вопросов нет..а вот на геометрию я смотрю...зачем мне кривой брус...я же деньги плачу и хочу более или менее качественный товар взять.....но кривой я не буду брать......описывать далее этот диалог я не буду....если вообще можно назвать это диалогом...НО...Смотрите что они Вам преподносят..особенно в больших количествах дерева....Я думаю что люди имеют права на качественный товар...а не на то что они подсовывают!

I usually bought products on Expobel, but there was no alder 15 mm thick (there was only 13) and I came to Malinovka specifically for it. In short, they sold a lining of 13 mm instead of 15 (although 15 is written in the receipt)while I was engaged in culling and did not even think that it could be so. A very unpleasant situation did not expect such an outcome. I probably won't come here again

Брал на обрешётку древесину просил по равнее, дали кривые и короткие, еще добавили что выбирать у них нельзя, мол что дали то и берите. Спасибочки буду в дальнейшем проходить мимо.

Покупал материалы для стропильной системы. Обзвонил много организаций, но нужный обьем и номенклатура оказались только в деревограде. В тот же день съездил посмотрел качество - меня все устроило. На следующий день привезли. Качество материала хорошее, компанию рекомендую.

В первый раз попытался посотрудничать с данными поставщиками и очень сильно пожалел. Ввели в заблуждение и вместо 6метровой доски, приехала 4х метровая. Забирать отказались ссылаясь на то что в документах указана и проплачена 4х метровая. Мои слова о том, что я изначально все просил 6метровое - не принимались никак. Антисептик был забыт ими, и приехал не с утра с машиной (деревом) а в20:00 когда уже стемнело. Прождали напрасно, оплата рабочих ушла в ни куда. Очень без ответственные и не пунктуальные. Грубят и своих ошибок принимать не хотят. Качество дерева оставляет делать лучшего. Чек был боле чем на 10000руб. 1-2 сорт соответствует действительности на 85%. Работать с ними не советую.
