There is an unpleasant smell of the basement at the entrance, then there is a hanger for outerwear, which no one is watching (the tables themselves are on the second floor), everything in the toilet is covered in dirty drops (toilet bowl, sink, walls) plus the smell! The receptionist or waiters (it was unclear who was meeting the guests) arranged the guests not by leading them to a table, but with the words "your table is there." They didn't have time to clean the tables, sticky spots were present and cutlery was missing! Many items from the menu were missing, and this was not indicated when the menu was distributed (the waiters could have informed about the absence of some items). Another big disadvantage is the passport PHOTO for the supervisor to confirm the birthday. We made a discount in honor of the birthday, it's nice, but the promised dessert as a gift remained promised!)

We expected much more. Immediately, I would like to note the lack of a wardrobe. No one is looking after our things. Anyone can come in and take something.

I booked a table in this restaurant a week in advance on Instagram. On the day of the visit, a few hours before the appointed time, I wrote I wanted to postpone the time, wrote on the same instagram and called the specified number - the message was read and left unanswered, no one answered the calls and later did not call back. Questions to the manager are already at this stage.
We arrived at the time we initially selected, and at the entrance we found out that the manager had not placed our reservation where it was required and there was no table for our company. We were immediately offered to wait 15 minutes until the second hall was prepared and we were put there, we agreed, but in the end we waited 30 minutes (there was no hall or any room to wait, so there was a choice between freezing outside or standing inside against the wall).
When we were finally seated, we had to wait 7-10 minutes for the menu, but it turned out to be nothing compared to the cooking time. The waitress immediately warned that for some dishes the waiting time can reach 45 minutes. But it turned out that 45 minutes was the minimum cooking time, because the first course was brought to our table only after that time. The longest dish was waited for an hour and a half.... The waitress apologized for the delay, referring to the full boarding, but in the room where we were put, we were alone)))
For the joint of the manager with the armor, the administrator offered us a 15% discount, which was not reported to the waiter, apparently they expected that we would forget or hesitate to remind.
As presents, the visitors are given small gifts, there were three of us and there was one bowl for all the gifts. Of course, thank you for the sign of attention, but only one person will get pleasure from it. As they say, we wanted to do the best we could, but it turned out as always)
In general, I will not recommend this institution for visiting and I will not set foot anywhere else!!

One in 20 minutes, the other in 30, and the third girl at our table was completely forgotten. How??? A man sits without food and drinks for almost an hour, no one even comes up. They haven't brought me anything yet.
Then the time of payment. The bill includes items that we did not order, and even at a price that does not match the price on the menu. When asked why there were extra items in the receipt and what about the price, the young man replied that we should have been warned that the price had changed. No one warned us. What do you mean, changed? At what point? The price is stated in the menu, and they are obliged to take payment for it, and not invent prices out of their heads and change them at any time when they want. Yes, and the extra positions were included in the bill. They asked for a complaint book. And we were informed that she was not in the institution. She's at the check-in. How's that, excuse me? Is the place running smoothly? Or she "ran off to register" just for us. And that's what to do in such a situation? We were bullied at the entrance, extra items were included in the bill at a higher price, and they refused to give us a complaint book.
