We stayed at the hotel from 04/29/24 to 05/28/2024. We signed up for a free visit to a Mongolian seafood restaurant. The buffet. My grandson decided to try squid meat. I put a small portion .Delicious. Like it. I decided to come up a second time . The waiter said it was impossible , the approach was only once and forced everything back into the common plate . I can say with confidence that this is a chic hotel, with very courteous staff! Thank them so much for that. And now, in order, the food is varied, they cook smartly, something new every day. The huge territory of the hotel is a pleasure to walk around. The rooms are in excellent condition, comfortable mattresses, which is not unimportant, everything is always cleaned in the rooms, there is a private beach with convenient descents, there is a call from the shore as well as from the pontoon bridge. There are always sun loungers on the beach that are washed with powder every evening! Two pools, one huge, simple and one medium, there are also sun beds, although there were a lot of people in the hotel. Wonderful slides for both children and adults. Good alcohol, and branded soda! We drank a lot and never got sick in the morning)))) I was very pleased with the quality of the water in the hotel. The area is clean . Good animation. Nearby there is something like a market where you can buy everything you need at affordable prices, do not be lazy to go there)) in general, I can say that this is a very good place to relax with friends, family and children. There are two swimming pools, one of which is located near the main building. The second one is in a quieter place for relaxation. There are slides and at certain hours the waves turn on in the pool. We were here in early February!! I really liked the hotel!!!friendly staff, active animation. When we entered the room, we were horrified the floors were so dirty that our white socks were black in 3 minutes, the mirror in the closet was broken, mold in the bathroom, dust everywhere, tulle hung on several hooks, and this room was called deluxe., the only thing that was clean was the bed linen. Of course, we did not like all this and we decided to call the reception, but as it turned out, the phone in the room does not work and there is no Wi-Fi and the bus to the reception runs only from 8 a.m. we had to wait out this time in this horror. We rested at this hotel from October 21 to October 30, 2023
. We stopped by at 7 am, showed a letter of recommendation from Tophotels. We were immediately put on bracelets and sent for breakfast. After breakfast, we were immediately given a garden view room in the main building (room 306) with a view of the main entrance. Change the number to Sia View was offered to us for $ 10 per day. But it was not cleaned yet, and there was no strength to wait for cleaning after the flight, they stayed in the garden. As it turned out later, the room is very well located. The sun hit the balcony only at sunset, and everything is close: the restaurant, the lobby, the reception, and the shops. Therefore, we decided not to change it at all. Everything was in the room and everything worked. Cleaning daily, consumables were replenished so persistently that at the end of the rest of the shower gels accumulated 8 pieces and a few extra towels. The air conditioner is not very well located — it blew directly into the bed. I had to use improvised means to turn his blinds to the side — and it became fine.
The construction is only on the left edge, if you look at the sea, and in places something is shamanized in the center. The pool used to be noisy.
The food is normal, the coffee is delicious. Beef, fish, chicken, grilled vegetables, herbs, fruits, sweets. There are a lot of things, but you won't get gastronomic ecstasy. Ordinary food. But they didn't get poisoned. We were in a Mongolian restaurant, ate Mongolian seafood :). We went to the Asian — lost time, and drinks are also offered for a fee.
The animation is as poor as possible. There is a channel in telegram with announcements. In the evenings, there is live music at the pool level of bad karaoke. The invited artists in a strange hall with shabby chairs, which still needs to be found, are almost all outright charlatans. They left every evening 5 minutes after the start.
There is not much place to walk in the evening. The territory is huge, but poorly lit and there are a lot of stairs, it's uncomfortable to wander through them in the dark, there is a small street with shops and pharmacies outside the territory.
But the sea is great! Crystal clear water, the reef is alive, the fish are interesting. Snorkeling is what it's worth coming here for. We swam so much that we didn't have time to tan. It was a pity to have time for aimless frying. For the sake of this, you can close your eyes to all the minor flaws. However, in the last two days of rest, waves have risen. In general, the hotel is a solid four. I hope that when the construction is over, the administration will think about improving the infrastructure, stop saving on animation, update the sun beds and build a normal pier. However, I think then the price of the hotel will rise.

Good afternoon, before the trip we watched a bunch of videos about the hotel and in principle did not disappoint. The kitchen is just gorgeous, the rooms are for 4 people, there are flaws, but it all depends on who cleans, the first 10 days the guy was straight neat, and then a slob. We lived in a sea view room near the end of the bus, 8th building. I'll also note the burgers, it's very convenient when you want to change your diet. Next to the hotel there is a mini market along the road. There you can take 2L of Cola for 2 bucks, beer in the bar is normal. Whiskey can be taken from home for a change. But I must say right away that local guides who work for them are just cranks with the letter M went through Coral Travel, do not take excursions from them, it's better on the beach or through the site of excursions in Egypt.

Among the advantages: the beautiful territory of the hotel, the beach is 5 minutes away, the food is varied and for every taste.
Of the cons: the rooms are old, the bathrooms leave much to be desired, I do not advise getting into the bath or going into the shower without slates. We were at the end of January, it was cold in the rooms, very cold, as the air conditioners do not work for heat, because of this, almost everyone in the hotel was sneezing and coughing.
Wi-Fi is only available at the reception and is very weak, they offer to purchase access to another network for $ 10, but, as the tour operator told us, this Wi-Fi also works poorly, and then for a couple of days, so it's better to purchase a SIM card.
The hotel does not have the opportunity to exchange rubles for any currency, which is absolutely inconvenient.
The hotel has an indoor, good swimming pool and according to the work schedule it operates until 18:00, but without explanation it could have been closed at 17, why there was no answer.
The hotel does not have enough repairs and there are quite decent gaps in service.

Lots of sweets))delicious coffee, for different tastes) you feel comfortable there. Large beaches. The gym is small and there are not enough simulators) but probably not everyone needs it)

I flew to Paramisa with two children and my mother. When booking, the tour operator immediately told me that I should take a room above the standard one, since the standard rooms are not in the best condition, of course we listened to the tour operator and therefore our room is excellent.
Cleaning of rooms for 5+.
The territory of the hotel is located on levels, we are on level 3, which is very convenient: not far from the sea and close to the restaurant.
The food is good (lots of beef), the staff in the restaurant is responsive, there are free tables. No crazy queues!
There are many lifeguards at the pool every 10 meters around the perimeter of the pool. The pool is deep enough!
Animators try very hard, especially Russian girls Nastya and Katya, they are responsive, they always talk, tell the animation program for the day, they will help in general, they are super. 👍🏼
The sea is gorgeous, you need to swim from a pontoon, you won't get many stones from the shore. But along the corals you can see many different fish.
And everything would be fine if it weren't for one thing!!!! We booked a tour for 4 people, and they put us in a room for 3, I complained to both the guide and the tour operator, but it didn't bring anything, the four of us slept on 3 beds for all 11 nights!!!!! At the same time, we had a room of three separate beds, we moved two beds, plugged the hole between them with a blanket and my 6-year-old daughter slept in this hole (((. In general, this is a fat minus to the hotel, I do not understand how they can accommodate 4 people in a three-bed room! It was the first time in my life that I was in such a situation that I begged for a bed without being questioned!
