It was convenient for me that in one place it was possible to paint the bumper and doors and remove small dents without painting. I also ordered polishing, dry cleaning and pasting of the front part with an anti-gravity film. Photos were sent from all stages. The painting was a complex white mother-of-pearl - in the end it turned out well, the color transition is not visible. In my opinion, the salon did not require much attention for dry cleaning, the car of 2020, but after you see how the skin and smell in the cabin have changed, you understand how a well-groomed car can look. All the seats were removed for dry cleaning. In general, it is clear that the guys are doing what they love and are responsible.

Everything is clear, neat, with a full report on the work done, all within the agreed time frame. Communication with the client is indicative for many children. Before that, I toured three large detales that other companies were trying to hit, prices were announced 1.5 - 2 times higher than Nikita's, deadlines were smeared, communication with the client was weak for some, and most importantly, they spoke negatively about competitors, they said that you would still come to us later to fix it.
I am a proponent of believing the facts, my eyes and ears. Therefore, I went to Nikita, as it turned out it was the right decision. The price is better than the rest, there are no questions about the quality, the customer orientation is 100%.
