The process of choosing tiles may not be easy, but thanks to Irina's professionalism and care in the tile salon, this process has turned into a real pleasure. From the very beginning, Irina proved herself not only as an experienced consultant, but also as a true expert in the field of design and layout of space.
When we first came to the salon, Irina offered us several options, taking into account our wishes and layout features. She had a very subtle sense of the style that we wanted to embody, and suggested a tile that fit perfectly into our interior. But the most important thing is her help in laying out the tiles. Irina explained in detail how best to place the tile so that it looks harmonious and aesthetically pleasing.
Thanks to her advice and recommendations, we not only chose the ideal option, but also avoided many potential mistakes during styling. Now that all the work is completed and the tiles are laid, we are absolutely satisfied with the result. Everything looks like we dreamed of, and even better!

A wonderful salon, responsive consultants, especially I want to mention Nadezhda, helped us decide on keramonranite and with her light hand we became owners of a stunning travertine .Although we didn't fit into the budget a little , we found a similar and cheaper one in another salon , but we fell in love with the texture and here we have it.We also returned to the salon for the tiles in the kitchen , since they were the ones who found what we were looking for.

What does customer orientation mean? Coffee while choosing a tile? Cute smiles when you're in the salon? Lots and lots of catalogs at the wave of a magic wand?
In the Details tile salon, I felt the concept of customer orientation in a slightly different way.
The first meeting was a plus or minus, as everywhere: smiles, catalogs, "nature" shows, recommendations, and viewing in volume, but by the way, there was no coffee.
I worked with the sensitive and subtle Anna. I was impressed by her sense of color and her ability to describe shades so beautifully and with such gusto! That's how I found out that the tiles in my shower would not just be gray-green — but a deep gray color, interspersed with shades of wormwood. I even looked at what "wormwood" looks like after that 😂
According to the layout and recommendations, Anna wrote me 2 meaningful messages, which contained all the information. In fact, I didn't even have anything to explain.
We finalized the order, paid for it, and coordinated the important details for us in an hour.
We are waiting for the tile!

I really liked the large selection, we traveled all over the city, but we found porcelain stoneware by design only here. Ksenia and Irina, thank you very much!!! I recommend, at least, to see if you need porcelain stoneware, the choice is huge!!

I recently visited an Italian ceramic tile and plumbing salon. I was very pleased with the assortment and purchased Ragno Studio and Ragno Creek tiles.

For me, the choice presented is more than enough. There are also many examples of porcelain stoneware on Instagram, as well as special offers. Our manager Ksenia, as well as a young man (did not remember the name) helped in choosing porcelain stoneware for two countertops and walls.

Ksenia for being able to help us even after the end of her working day. All the porcelain tiles came quickly and on time.
Everything was delivered on time and even earlier.
