We arrived at the service station to replace the brakes. We arrived without any errors in electronics, we left with two. During the dialogue, the two masters tried to explain that these errors most likely once existed and suddenly appeared again. We carried out the diagnosis without asking if we wanted it and without saying that it would be another 30 rubles. By the way, the diagnosis was absolutely meaningless, nothing new was revealed. They refused to issue a certificate of completed work, referring to the fact that we do not need it. When examining the hood after work, I absolutely accidentally found a nut forgotten by the master near the engine, when asked what the nut was doing there, the master simply hid it in his pocket. Disgusting customer service and unsolicited services. I don't recommend it.

I would like to note that from the first meeting with the master, his approach to work became obvious: attention to detail is on top, it is clear that a person does not care and this is not a routine for him, and he wants to do his job for himself, a fair assessment of the work
Further, it is compliance with deadlines - as agreed, so the car was received, while the quality is excellent.
As a bonus, we did some work that was not discussed, which is very nice.
Guys value their clients and reputation, I did not regret that I turned to them.

I did the pasting of the hood, racks, headlights and a strip on the roof of the new jili emgrand. Messed up just everywhere. There are bubbles and stretch marks on each element. On the hood and on the racks, the film generally began to peel off. As a bonus, there are cuts on the roof and on the racks, although they assured that there would not be a single cut on the car and the paint washed off under the hood. I redid everything from other guys and everything was done perfectly. Master Sergey assured that because of the anticorrosion, the film began to peel off. However, the other guys did everything perfectly. Just a wild horror. It's a pity that I paid for such work at all. Only money was returned to work.

I changed the halogen to LED modules. We did it quickly and inexpensively, relative to prices in the city. It became amazing to shine, but after driving 2 kilometers from the workshop, it turned out that the turn signals were not working (they did not check). I had to go again. Also, the headlights were initially fogged up, but the master convinced that this was normal and would pass in a month, and it happened, but only with the left headlight. They offered to fix the right one, I drove the car again, the car was kept for a whole day - there is no result. When making claims, the master's answer was something like this: "I did not do it, Seryozha messed up something again," although Seryozha did not take the money)). They returned some of the money.
I took it to another master, as a result - a crack was made in the glass of the headlight during the work, through which the headlight collected water when cooling (the problem was found in 5 minutes), as a result - the purchase of a new headlight, also, according to the 2nd master, the headlights for installing modules were not disassembled, as they claimed at the service station, the fasteners on which the LEDs are installed are very weak and after half a year they were already hanging out, had to be changed (the master gained confidence, because he fixed the problem very quickly and did not have to be redone) + bonus deformation of the bumper.
If you do not want to redo everything several times, I do not recommend contacting you.

He said that all the new prices are on the site, asked me to tell the site, but he started jumping off and did not give it to me. There is no card payment terminal, at least I was asked to transfer money to his personal card.
