If you want to throw money away, waste time and spoil the mood, then you definitely need to visit this store! We often visit this store and every time there are some shoals. The staff does not know the assortment, terms of promotions, cash discipline, etc. Very often, the price tags do not correspond to reality, it is necessary to check everything 10 times. When they make a mistake by a couple of rubles, and when they make a mistake by almost 60 rubles (as we did when buying a car seat). The sellers are sitting with mourning faces, they will not give answers to questions, because they do not know the basics. Knowledge of the cash register discipline or the operation of a discount card is generally a separate topic. The manager walks around and talks on the phone, and of course pretends that she doesn't see anyone. We walked around and closed our eyes every time, because we didn't want to spoil the mood once again, but the last time we killed it, we put a T-shirt with a lot of holes on the shoulder. I had to spend several hours drafting all sorts of papers. As a result, the application was rejected, allegedly according to the cameras, the T-shirt was intact. Although even with their poor video quality, everything is visible. Customer orientation is at zero! They create problems out of the blue and don't want to solve them.

I do not recommend visiting the store!
Sellers are in a state of light hibernation, they do not understand what is wanted from them, they disorient where the goods are located, or they say that there is no such product at all, but, lo and behold, it is in another place.
Irina Shvetsova, the head, walks around the trading floor all the time with a dissatisfied face and clarifies her personal questions over the phone (during her working hours).
I want to contact the higher management to put things in order in the store and change the staff!!!!

Today I was completely shocked by visiting this store. I was scolded by the cleaning lady for leaving a dirty trail on the baby carriage (it's winter, the wheels inevitably collect snow and sand, I didn't fly there by air)... She also hit my boots with a mop, after which I had to file a complaint with the administration. I really hope that this hubalka will not exceed her authority in the future.
