Only the order number sticks out of the basket, the fact that this is a "soft check" and it needs to be carried to the cashier, I also had to guess for myself. As a result, the amount of the toy came out at 8p. More expensive. After finding out the problem, I was still refunded to the card, but I could not pay for the order, because I also have to guess myself that the refund is made within 7-10 days.

The staff does not know the assortment, terms of promotions, cash discipline, etc. Very often, the price tags do not correspond to reality, it is necessary to check everything 10 times. When they make a mistake by a couple of rubles, and when they make a mistake by almost 60 rubles (as we did when buying a car seat). The sellers are sitting with mourning faces, they will not give answers to questions, because they do not know the basics. Knowledge of the cash register discipline or the operation of a discount card is generally a separate topic. The manager walks around and talks on the phone, and of course pretends that she doesn't see anyone. We walked around and closed our eyes every time, because we didn't want to spoil the mood once again, but the last time we killed it, we put a T-shirt with a lot of holes on the shoulder. I had to spend several hours drafting all sorts of papers. As a result, the application was rejected, allegedly according to the cameras, the T-shirt was intact. Although even with their poor video quality, everything is visible. Customer orientation is at zero! They create problems out of the blue and don't want to solve them.

The cashier puts down the package, punches the baby food and puts it next to the package. I take the jars again and put them in a bag now. I leave, leave the basket at the checkout and also get a remark saying to put the basket away.
Never before have cashiers asked to take the products out of the basket and always made up the products themselves in a package.
And the store is good, the cashier is not very good.
