A huge children's goods store in Bobruisk. Comfortable rows with signed stands. A large assortment. There are many promotions and discounts. The loyalty system. Large parking lot. There is a large grocery store nearby. I can definitely recommend this place for shopping.

The store is good, the service is terrible. We chose a car seat, there was no price for the model we liked, we asked for help from a consultant, which we were refused, they say there are a lot of people, if we want, then wait. I found another consultant (I just stood near the information center) reluctantly went to consult, opened the product description in my phone and gave us a read (which I could do myself) I did not receive any real advice on the issues of interest. I concluded that the employees are not familiar with the assortment in the store and there is no sense from them at all.

I really like the store, but there are catastrophically not enough employees, of those that are half do not want to perform their duties well, they talk through their teeth when you address them, they help with a great favor in choosing. So on 14.05 I was in the store, in the hour that I was there, I did not find a single employee, I turned to the cashier (I saved the receipt) - she was rude to me. Everything that attracted us on the site is not in the hall, the shares are not displayed, it is impossible to find a single employee to bring what we have chosen. In general, it is very unpleasant after the last visit... But in general, a good store, high-quality clothes, I dress all the children only there now.
