In 2022, they urgently went to this hospital, because their daughter broke her head. I was very afraid of Abkhazian medicine and carried a whole chest of medicines with me. But children are children, such cases cannot be predicted. Seeing the wounds, I realized that I had to sew, I screwed myself up that it would be even without pain relief😄 I was very worried, I was shaking. The daughter was crying, she was also afraid. We were taken up to a certain floor without even asking for a single document. The doctor calmed me down, examined the child, and told me the further course of action. I sat in the hallway and waited for the screams, but after 20 minutes I was informed that everything was successful. The daughters pricked the wounds, saying that they would dig a little there, because there were pebbles stuck inside and they needed to be pulled out. It didn't hurt her and she didn't even realize that she was being sewn)) The doctor has a wonderful approach to children - and the child feels good and she works more calmly. They put him in the ward for an hour, applied cold, were vaccinated against tetanus and sent home. The doctor refused to thank her. I don't remember her full name, but we are very grateful for her caring, professionalism and kind attitude! Today, in 2024, I had to bring my 11-month-old son here, because there was vomiting and fever after Kyndyg. There was no queue, they took it in 5 minutes, they also did not require documents, collected an anamnesis, gave recommendations, prescribed treatment, explained everything and calmed down. Thank you to this hospital, thank you to these Doctors. The case when each of them is in his place and bears the proud title of Doctor. Low bow! Keep the brand! After such people, I want to believe in the good and bright. Good health to you, your children and families!
I want to say a huge thank you and a low bow to you, thank you for saving our three-year-old son, you are real doctors, you are Doctors with a capital letter!!!!
On the night of October 7th to 8th, 2022, we arrived here , my son had severe laryngeal edema, could hardly breathe ( as it turned out later, we had a severe allergy to grapes)
So the two female doctors who took us in showed professional composure and were not afraid of what they saw! They quickly did an examination, quickly and correctly prescribed medications and procedures, and quickly took us up to the department (I don't remember which floor) a doctor was already waiting for us there, she quickly picked us up, did the procedures and Oh my God!! the child began to breathe easier and easier 🥰 we were asked to stay for an hour to do an examination later, we asked to go outside for a walk around the night city, after an hour we were examined and released with recommendations !!! GIRLS, I don't remember your name, THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!
Before leaving, I approached them and asked, since we are in another state, what should we do!? They answered me - Medicine is free!
Thank you again, YOU are real PROFESSIONALS in your field!!!
An incredible level of service, even in Moscow there is no such thing. A child got sick in Abkhazia. They took me in at night without any problems, calmed me down, prescribed treatment, took tests; the most striking thing was that the doctor left her mobile phone, said to call at any time. If you need high-quality medical care for children in Abkhazia, you can safely contact
The doctors and staff are WONDERFUL! They found themselves with their son with a severe attack of gastritis. They examined us, stopped the pain, collected all the tests, and did an ultrasound. They gave recommendations. The doctor has been in touch with us for three days. We saved our vacation, leaving only warm memories. There is silence in the hospital, laughter can be heard from the children's wards. Cleanliness and comfort! Thanks!
Good afternoon, thank you for the help provided to my child, the ENT doctor at the children's polyclinic in Sukhum is a great smart woman, a professional in her field, kind, responsive, attentive, thank you very much!!!!
We sent the child to the hospital with rotovirus in a rather serious condition.Chikovani's doctor Marina Radzhikovna received us quickly on the call and without waiting in line.A very competent specialist in his field, a man in his place, everything is clear, fast, to the point. They offered to go to the hospital, but we agreed that we would come for ivs 2 times a day.The child felt better after the first ivs.Such a human attitude, warmth, participation and care from the WHOLE honey.I haven't met the staff for a very, very long time.Assistance is provided to EVERYONE, regardless of nationality and surname in the passport.Regardless of whether you have money or not, someone just understands that doctors work for 3 kopecks and are enthusiastic and thanks them as much as they can, but someone, alas, does not. Please ask the administration of this institution to consider awarding the staff of this hospital-you have people working with a capital letter of this word, People with a kind heart and golden hands and a lively head.Thank you so much for the health of our son, health to you and your families.
The stone hit the child's head, an unsuccessfully launched pancake at sea. They examined, calmed down, they talk to the children very affectionately and in a friendly way!
Laura had otitis media, they got there quickly, there were only 2 people in the queue. They were accepted free of charge, examined, diagnosed, and prescribed treatment.
They were at the level of the reception department and the blood collection room. The child had a stomach ache and had a high fever, so they went to the hospital. Nurses and doctors (pediatrician and surgeon) are friendly and adequate people. They examined the child, explained what to expect and what to do. No one looked at us as a "purse", did not hint that they were waiting for monetary gratitude. After the reception, I thanked $ and everyone was happy. Thanks).
Thank you very much for your help, my grandson broke his collarbone with displacement, took a picture, performed surgery and installed a spoke. Professional and attentive medical staff. They put 5 in our city.
I had to contact this institution last August. Her son caught the virus, it was time to leave, and her temperature was dropping. We decided not to take any chances and go to the hospital. Of course, the building needs renovation and the queue is long (which is not surprising, there are a lot of tourists with children, August). But... Low bow to the people working in this institution! Attentive, caring, friendly, despite the endless stream of people. The guy was examined, tests were prescribed at a symbolic price (we are tourists, not citizens of Abkhazia) and treatment, and they did not take money for the reception itself. Of course, we thanked you with a small amount, I hope we didn't offend wonderful people. Thank you and a low bow!
May God grant health to all doctors, their families and patients. They accepted us and consulted us. Thanks and thanks from Krasnoyarsk State Medical University
I don't know who writes about the free admission. I had to come across this hospital on July 25 and 27, 2021. I was on vacation at the Aitar boarding house. My grandson is seriously ill. On the 25th, I had to go to the IV. Insurance from Russia is not valid in this region. We got there on our own. The child was put on a drip and asked for medicines to reimburse everything. And that's not the most important thing. The nurse took out the fix and said, "Where's the thank you?" I, of course, began to thank her, and she sarcastically said, "Well, at least in words, we are helping you.." I was just taken aback. Well, this is not the culmination of the extortionists in white coats. On July 27, the child started vomiting again. I can say a human thank you to the nurse of the reception department. She gave her grandson a latran injection and didn't even ask for a refund... Then the doctor came with his relative and, seeing the child lying on the chairs, she first began to deal with her relative, and after about 15 minutes she finally took care of us. After the drip, I heard my words of gratitude: "Thank you for not spreading bread!!" I was confused. I offered her 100, then 200 rubles. Allegorically pushing the money away, Fatima Shalvovna said: Don't. If you can pay 500 rubles, it will be fine."I refused to give this amount. To which the doctor continued: "If you can't, we will treat you for free." I still can't calm down from such brazen extortion. I attach the appointments written in her hand.
My daughter was brought here with rotavirus. The doctors are responsive, but the conditions in the hospital leave much to be desired... There are huge queues, the building itself is in poor condition and there are no necessary medicines on site. I had to look for an open pharmacy at night, buy medicines for an IV and go back to the hospital.
We were admitted free of charge and without waiting in line as soon as the doctor was available. The staff is very sincere and helpful. We did inhalations in the department where the children are lying, the conditions are very decent. The rooms and corridors are clean. They took some kind of ridiculous fee for inhalation, I don't remember, it seems 50 rubles, while they also apologized that it was paid. We live in the Moscow region, recently a child had an operation in Morozovskaya in Moscow, I can only say one thing - our medicine needs to learn from Abkhazian specialists in the treatment of people and humanity!!!
Competent specialists are always ready to help! Thanks to Arthur (I don't remember the patronymic) and Naala Ruslanovna, and indeed to everyone, everyone had everything in their own way, everyone had their own approach!
Doctors buy medicines with their own money to provide first aid, it is a shame for the authorities who do not think about their future and their children.doctors work on their own enthusiasm
