I came to the surgeon (a very good woman) and asked for help, she said go to the otolaryngologist at 313 they will help you, they will quickly pull you out. I came and asked the doctor for help, 5 seconds, just get the cotton wool from my ear. They put me out the door, told me to go to an adult clinic. And I walked with a small child into an adult. And if I got sick, and if, God forbid, I started dying there? I take it they wouldn't have helped me there? They would have put you out the door and told you to go to an adult for help. It just doesn't feel right!!! Well, you're doctors!!! You have to save and help, and not put out the door, a person in trouble!!!! I will be calling health care!

I was at an ophthalmologist's appointment. They urgently sent a lens to Volkov's fundus, before that the doctor said that everything would be free. As a result, I paid 31 rubles for the lens. Why lie in advance, knowing that this is a paid hospital and there is nothing free there? The frustrating thing is that I spent a lot of time on the road and on this service.
