I understand that working with people is a lot of work, but somehow you need to be human. Respect your own and other people's time! Today we arrived with a child to see a doctor by appointment, two "friendly" receptionists immediately attacked me, insulted me, rude why I did not pick up the phone on Saturday, that the doctor had gone on sick leave. They told me to take turns to the attendant, sat for 10 minutes, said that the attendant would not accept, sign up for another day. So they also made an appointment in 2 weeks ! This is the first time I'm writing a review, but the boorish attitude of medical registrars leaves much to be desired!
