Jasmine's kindergarten, a great kindergarten! But in winter, an accident of heating systems may occur, because under my loggia there are pipes of a heating plant that lead heat to the Jasmine garden.These pipes are all bare, steam comes from them all winter, and most importantly, the support that holds the pipes has fallen, the pipes can collapse at any moment and burst.Boiling water will flood our house, loggias, and the garden will remain without heat. In the summer, Okoneshnikov came, our mer, walked smartly, took pictures of all the pipes, and shut up, and the cart is still there. And Jasmine's garden is wonderful!!!
