He worked for the company for a year and a half as a sales manager. all items: - there is no transparency with the po - a sheet will not be sent before receiving it, where it will be described in detail how much and for what you will receive, and what you will be charged (at least a year ago this was not the case). - they can increase the plans retroactively and say that they just had to work more - If the customer has not paid the debit card, then it will be taken away from the salary in different proportions until the customer pays, or until the entire amount is deducted. (the debit card can be either 100 euros or 3000 euros). If the customer pays, the company will not refund the money. - According to the contract, you will have a po close to the minimum possible. (in the region of 400 rubles). The rest is in the form of bonuses and bonuses. Therefore, when I quit, I was not paid any interest for the last month, they calculated according to the contract and that's it. - When I got a job, a few weeks later they gave me a paper to sign that the company allegedly spent money on my training (internship) (in the region of 600 rubles) and if I do not work for the company for half a year, I will have to reimburse them. Naturally, no one talked about this when hiring. - A year ago, the penalty for being 2 minutes late was 1 basic. - A big disadvantage is the overall attitude of management towards employees. - If you work as a sales manager, you will hardly be able to do without overworking. I had them at least 1-2 times every week. Colleagues have about the same thing. Of course, no one will praise them for them. And if you're a couple of minutes late the next day, expect a fine. Of the advantages: - colleagues are good, it's a pleasure to work with them.
