Insane prices for sooooo long delivery. I get cheap little things from China faster. And DHL has been going on for more than a month! Plus you pay twice. First, when ordering, you pay for the delivery services by DHL. Then, all of a sudden, to pick up your parcel in Kazakhstan, you pay another 3,500, like for customs clearance. Why don't I pay for any customs clearance when ordering from other delivery companies? Why doesn't anyone warn you about this? What is the point of this Horns and Hooves office compared to some cheap Chinese postal airlines? It is impossible to understand. I hope my life will never bring me together with this company again.

The finished transport company! They delay the delivery referring to the broker's registration, the payment of 3500 tenge for nothing, they were paid very much in another country. They require links to where they bought the goods (they say for customs), after sending them to one place, everything is cleared. I don't know a worse transport company!
the staff is polite, but if there are problems with customs clearance, the prices for space services may be more than half of the parcel and indifference to the client's problem, I will try not to contact them anymore!
