Then the manager in Russia itself called the sender and found out that it was a piece of jewelry, simply refused the service, saying that this service was not provided by DHL. Now I returned to this office the next day and asked for a refund of my funds, since the service was not provided. But it turned out to be a problem of universal scale for the staff of this branch. I spent almost 2 hours while the girls figured out what the problem was, then how to make a refund correctly, then how to make this refund. Nonsense in my opinion...
