2. An absolutely incomprehensible, outdated, unfriendly way to activate the service. Why should I fill out the Contract instead of just checking the box on the agreement? As a last resort, if the legislation requires a Contract, transfer the data I filled in to the Contract so that I have to sign (preferably, of course, on the dhl website, and not on the left resource). Payment must be made on THREE different accounts. Is it impossible to include self-payment of state duties in 36 rubles (do you have all the necessary data)?
3. An impolite employee. She didn't introduce herself in the first letter. She ignored some of my questions and had to call.
I was unpleasantly surprised by the fact that customs clearance was required for express delivery. For a fee. Or you had to travel 70 km to the airport and arrange everything yourself. There are no questions about the delivery time and the integrity of the cargo. As well as for the correct communication of girls from the office who are always ready to explain incomprehensible moments.
A strange transport company in which you can send documents only to another country, but it is impossible to do this inside the host country! I have not met such problems in other similar companies!

I used the services of DHL and their official representatives in Belarus, they are also "Logitrek LLC — the exclusive partner of DHL Express".
The delivery from abroad was paid for, the cargo was delivered to the warehouse at the airport. Next, customs clearance of the parcel was paid and delivery to the address was agreed.
BUT, at the last stage of delivery to the address of residence, the Logitrek company, which is professionally engaged in postal deliveries in Belarus, cannot deliver mail to a specific address at a specific time.
Yes, I understand if the courier picks up the mail and assigns a certain period when it can arrive, but, in the case when the delivery has already been agreed upon at the address and paid, it is considered stupid by the representatives of the company to rest on the fact that the courier "will not be able to be with you at the appointed time" at least. Arguments from the category of "too many orders, so we can't deliver at the right time for you" look very weak and should not be the reason for the impossibility of delivery for a customer who has already paid for services. After all, these are not the client's problems, or at least they need to be warned in advance.
To save time and nerves, I had to go to the office on my own to get my order.
The employee Anna always helps to send parcels quickly and also answers any questions, she is very competent. The office is cozy, but parking is a problem.
We were badly let down with the delivery to India. A valuable cargo was missing because the company did not know the intricacies of some. The cargo could not be returned. The cost of the shipment was refunded.
If you want to extend the waiting for the parcel for at least 3 days and pay (!!!!) for this, 30 rubles - you can entrust them with the registration of your parcel at customs. sad service...
