The parcel from America was delivered to Armenia in 5 days, and in Armenia it has been on customs declaration for 3 MONTHS!!! Since August 1, it's almost November, and they still declare 🤦♀️ At best, you can get through to someone, they will tell you another nonsense about the lack of workers, that you need to update your passport data again, etc... In the worst case, just ignore the calls. And what happens next is not known. This is the first time I have come across such a disregard for a client!!!

The most disgusting delivery! The cargo has arrived and is in the warehouse for declaration! They don't answer the phone, they don't respond to the word at all! We paid for the express from England! Everything is up and quiet! I do not recommend taking it through Armenia.

There is a clear problem with DHL in Armenia. Parcels reach them as quickly as possible and lie in their warehouse for a week, they are clearly in no hurry with customs clearance. It is clear that there are not enough employees, after providing the data, the parcel will be delivered to you for at least another 3 days. I do not recommend it!
