I want to write a bad review to the administrator. I called to make an appointment during the working hours of dentistry. During the conversation, the administrator confused the time and the date. When asked to give her full name, she gave only her last name, because apparently she knew the first name and patronymic herself, if she didn't even listen to me. I confirmed the date and time of the appointment with a question. The receptionist said, "Yes, I signed you up." I had to go from another city. As a result, there is no record...Thank you.
