Awful. How can you make mistakes in reference values ??? Especially for HIV ??? Deep illiteracy of staff . Even doubts about the reliability of the analyses arise ! There are no apologies, there is nothing, not a laboratory, but a money laundering office. Patients are unknowingly given unnecessary tests . There are no words to convey the disappointment.
