We faced such a situation, the working time is until 18.00, everyone knows this, they came out and told us that they would not take anyone, although we were next to check in, and closed the gates of the box. We came up and asked if they could put us on the line, because we are next and already under the gate - to which the answer was: "The rules are the same for everyone - work until 18:00." Well, that's understandable, we decided to come in and make an appointment for another day. While my husband went to find out about the recording, I observed such a picture, for some reason the gate of the boxing from the street 50 years of the Komsomol was opened and the car was reversed onto the line. The time was already more than 18:00. If the rules are the same for everyone, then what should I call it?!? The provision of services for the passage of THAT outside of working hours or what?!?
