It's just a quiet horror!
Buses don't run on schedule at all! 2 times in the morning I stood with a stroller at the bus stop for an hour and a half, because bus 4, which is indicated in the schedule for 9.00 and 9.30, does not come in vain because of this, we were late to the doctor 2 times with an infant and had to eat outside!!!! And now the situation is similar, only with bus 22, I've been standing at the airfield with a stroller for an hour and I can't leave in any way, I specially came 20 minutes before the bus to make sure I could, he had to be at the stop at 13.39 and of course he didn't come, and I had to pick up my eldest son at 14.00. Horror and horror again!!!
If someone has important plans and needs to be somewhere by a certain time and you are without a car, never count on buses and their schedules in the city of Polotsk!!!!

The idea is great, they are so packed that they don't even stop. Or what? Cramped and not offended? It doesn't roll. Minibuses are cramped, people are tired, with bags, now it's also hot and such rides are quite dangerous.
