I passed IT the second time, I went here for an inspection for the first time. I had to take the car to the parking lot to adjust the headlights. I also polished them at the same time before a second visit to the station. The only disadvantage is that it turns out that in the evening the lights and computers can be turned off, respectively, the station becomes inoperable. I arrived and went home one such evening. And this is normal.
I arrived without an appointment. There were practically no cars.During the passage, a correction of the headlights was required, eliminated next to the service station. We checked it out. They allowed it.I was satisfied with the service, nothing superfluous.I recommend.
An extremely negative experience. Huge queues. Recording for several days at an inconvenient time. By appointment, you will not get to your time, because other arrogant drivers who stand for hours on a first-come, first-served basis may not miss you. They just drive ahead, not letting you pass. All employees responsible for this process do not care.
Employees working on the inspection line allow themselves to shout, scold and scold customers, behave impudently, rudely and absolutely unfriendly. For all reasonable questions and outrages, there are only snarls in raised tones and counter-outrages. They are sent to write in a book of complaints, which is written all over (and which, apparently, they wipe themselves with a smile later).
Absolute disrespect for women, I see that my review of such a plan is not the first. Yell weakly at men?
Did you sign up and arrive in advance of your time? Get ready that other arrogant car owners may not let you through, while employees do not take any measures, and they will shut you up and put you out to wait (after cursing you) than those who refuse to act within the framework of the regulations and rules of those stations.
The year 2023 is in the yard, install a scoreboard with the issuance of coupons with queue numbers in this case, since you do not know how and do not want to regulate the process of your own work. And get those boorish, disgruntled, evil faces away from working with people to a place where they can only communicate with wrenches and oil stains at the bottom of the pit.
A pleasant friendly employee at the registration and payment desk.
Everything is just super. All the years I have passed and I will pass IT only here. There are no queues. They do not find fault, if you need something to prompt, they will always prompt and go to a meeting.
I didn't like the attitude, the rules are kind of stupid. It feels like I got into the Soviet service station, where harsh men treat the passage of those.inspection, as to something archically important.
I liked everything. 1. We worked on Sunday, 2. A nice lady in the "window" of the order table helped with the documents and told me what for what and where (I went myself for the first time), 3. The engineer on the line is patience itself, 4. Everything is fast and friendly.
If it's the first time, then you can get confused about where to go, but in fact everything is logical and convenient there, but I didn't like that in addition to the inspection, you also need to pay for a piece of paper certificate.
Neither I am the first nor I am the last:
the second is the new car - the brake stand shows a large difference in brakes.
They are not interested in official identification cards.
I passed the inspection at another station without any problems.
I always go through a technical inspection here. The staff are not picky if everything is fine with the car, then you will immediately pass. If suddenly something is wrong, they always say. I recommend this station to me.
The location of the cash register, the diagnostic line, and the engineer issuing the permit is a little inconvenient. It's not clear how to navigate for the first time. But it all depends on the shift, usually they will help, prompt and close their eyes to minor flaws.
I've been walking for 15 years. Often from the first time, but this year - from the second (the light bulb burned out). There is a queue, but you can make an appointment on time. I don't compare it with other stations - I had no experience.
I've been going through a technical inspection for a year, everything is fine. They work fast, they take it on time by appointment. The price is adequate. The quality of the service is the same. No quibbles from scratch. I recommend.
Professionals work. They are friendly.Everything is clear and understandable. The queue is as lucky as you are.It happens in different ways. For me, those. examination as an exam is always exciting, but it is inevitable. When you pass the first time, you're happy. The main thing is to prepare properly.
The inspection is completed and the nerves are intact)) all thanks to the clear actions of the employees and their human attitude.
More advantages of the advantages - the station is conveniently located, an acceptable work schedule.
Of the disadvantages, there are three rooms in different places: in one building the beginning of the design, in another the inspection itself, and in the third the hanging of the design.
It seems that the staff is selected according to the degree of brutality. A complete lack of communication culture. Rudeness, raising your voice, throwing documents, this is exactly about this place. How can such employees be put on the line at all!!!!
This is the very place where the procedure of passing the TRP is not turned into a quest or torture. Competent staff and professional approach. If something doesn't work out for you, then you will not be sent for a repeat pass, but will be given the opportunity to eliminate it by the end of the day (replace the sign or update the first-aid kit or adjust the headlights elementary)
Thank you for your work.
I just passed the T.O., excellent service, the masters are adequate, treat everything humanely, good luck to them in everything, and at the end of the T.O. I will go only to them!
I passed a technical inspection at this station, I really liked it: everything is to the point, clearly, quickly, without quibbling and digging in.
I will definitely come here in a year, thank you very much!
Rude staff, lack of assistance from employees in passing a technical inspection (an employee, conducting a technical inspection of a car, can get behind the wheel himself and check its serviceability, and not torment female drivers), the room is very hot and there is not enough oxygen, when contacting staff for medical help, disregard and rudeness are received, there is no lighting of the adjacent territories. For the money paid, the service is 1 star
