I called the central office to clarify whether it is possible to take tests for a 3-month-old child. (the weather today is not summer). To which they replied: yes, of course, go, everything is fine. When we arrive, the administrator tells us we can't take the blood of a girl on vacation. And it turns out that the child should not eat for at least 2.5 hours.... Seriously? I am very unhappy with the work of this office. Incompetent employees in the central office say one thing and end up saying another. We wasted our time....

An incompetent Administrator is working, make sure to check which analysis is specifically needed. They took the money for the wrong analysis, when they clearly said what exactly was needed. The money was never returned!
