It's a great place with a special atmosphere, we've been coming here for years and we're always satisfied. The pizza from the oven is hot, with a crispy crust and a generous filling, I especially liked the option with mushrooms and goat cheese. A nice bonus is a large selection of wines, even non–alcoholic turned out to be quite decent. The service was polite, but a little slow, so I had to remind them about the order. The only thing missing was Scandinavian cakes, which would have complemented the menu perfectly, especially with seafood. Otherwise, everything is fine, we will definitely come back! 😊

A beautiful, interesting restaurant.
Stylish interior.
The girl's birthday was celebrated. We were immediately provided with flower vases. The dishes are very tasty. The staff is very pleasant. The waiter recommended dishes and drinks if they couldn't decide for themselves.
I recommend this restaurant for a pleasant lunch or dinner.
Prices may bite a bit (not cheap here), but the taste of the dishes, the serving and the service are worth it.

Today we were at a festive dinner in honor of my birthday.
Unfortunately, the service is very average, as is the quality of the dishes. I really liked the pizza with duck, grilled vegetables and Pavlova dessert. The rest of the dishes are very average and not brought to taste. The quality of beef in pasta with orzo is honestly poor. All the meat is streaked and with lard. They left the meat on the plate, the waiter clarified what they didn't like and that was it, the dialogue was over. Pasta with marbled beef polpette sounds beautiful, looks average and, in my opinion, has a very bright tomato sauce that interrupts the taste of the whole dish.
I was also not surprised by the bouillabaisse soup, or rather three portions were left in half.
Prices for a menu of this quality are very high. You can find a better alternative in Minsk.
I am generally silent about the fallen appliances that fell at the waiter, it did not bother anyone except me, since they were under my feet😅
Well, usually a birthday cake of some kind, but you could take it out as a compliment. Including a 700p bill and 50p tip🤷🏻♀️

Yes, I can understand everything, this is the policy of the restaurant, but in this case I suggest not to position myself as an "Italian restaurant". In Italy and Minsk Italian restaurants, Olive oil flows like a river, and money is not charged for such additional positions, because Italians are very generous and open people!

I really love Dialogues. We are happy to come with my husband for breakfast on a day off and for dinner on the occasion of holidays or important events. There is consistently high quality food, excellent atmosphere, attentive staff and a convenient online booking system. We always leave the restaurant in a good mood and with a plan to try something else from the menu next time.

An interesting place. A pleasant atmosphere, created not least by the subdued lighting inside.
There are no special complaints about the food, except that I did not like the steak from the word at all. On the contrary, I was pleasantly surprised by beef medallions with mashed potatoes and truffle sauce - I recommend it, in my opinion, a much more worthwhile thing than steak.
I also liked seafood dishes - definitely like 👍
I would like to mention drinks separately, here I discovered for the first time that non-alcoholic wine can also be called wine 😁
As for the usual wines, everything is fine, although I am not an expert in general

It's just terrible what happened, We used to have frequent dialogues, this time we came with a large group of children, on January 3, we ordered a lot of pasta, pizzas and salads, in general, all the pasta was cooked until the aldente crunched, the waiter replied that it was normal, they do this, but before it wasn't like that, caesar salad is just a mockery, lettuce leaves with a drop of sauce that you don't feel practically without cheese and with boiled turkey, they made a remark to the waiter on the unleavened salad, to which they replied, everything is weighed and the sauce is made according to the recipe, I put olive oil to bring, they used to roast fillets and put cherry, pizza with smoked beef was also devoid of beef, in general, of course, this had never happened before, pizza , pasta, and everything that was taken was deliciously cooked, but here everything was just terrible, and even worse, they did not even go to the meeting, they did not even cook pasta for the children, one disappointment.

I've been to this place 2 times.
Online booking is very convenient, but you can book for a maximum of 1:40. As a result, I called to book for a longer time, but they didn't pick it up.
As a result, I simply changed the table on the spot to a less comfortable one, at which I could sit all evening, because after us the time was already taken.
I had a salad with pinocchio and shrimp. Delicious, balanced, excellent salad. The second course is turkey with truffle sauce. The turkey is the softest, the sauce is delicious, and there are very few vegetables. There seemed to be very little side dish and sauce for the turkey. But the turkey is self-sufficient, I didn't have to choke.
A friend took a chocolate dessert with caramel, she liked it.
We also took homemade lemonade. It's delicious, but what to do with whole bones 5 mm in diameter is not very clear: whether to swallow, chew, or spit out.
The service was good, but different waiters were suitable. It made for a bit of an awkward situation. When I ordered lemonade, the first waiter asked if it was sourer or sweeter (the menu does not specify which ones are available). The second time, a friend asked for a sour lemonade, and the other waitress didn't understand what she was talking about at all and started naming the composition of the lemonade. But we don't know the ingredients, it's not on the menu, and the previous waiter didn't say.
The atmosphere is great, on Monday evening the hall was half full, it was not noisy.

We visited this institution with our family in August 2024. The service is definitely the best in comparison with many restaurants where we have been (kuhmister, cornflowers, etc.) They cook quickly and tasty here. We ordered pasta and pizza. The pizza is the most delicious in my memory. They even wrapped the second pizza with them at home. A small disadvantage is that there are not enough seats, well, and a fairly high price. But such nuances do not affect the rating of the institution for me. For lovers of Italian cuisine, definitely here!

I recently visited a wonderful Italian restaurant and was completely delighted! From the moment I entered, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff who made our stay as comfortable as possible. The quality of service is simply at the highest level — the waiters were always in touch, ready to help with the selection of dishes and wines.
Pizza is a separate song! Every pizza we ordered became a real work of art. The thin dough was perfectly combined with fresh ingredients, and the flavors made you just melt with pleasure. I especially recommend trying pizza with caviar — it's something!
But what about without wine? The wine list of the restaurant is amazing in its variety! Each drink was chosen perfectly, and the waiter was happy to share recommendations, helping to choose a wine that would emphasize the taste of the dishes.
In general, if you are looking for a place where you can enjoy great Italian cuisine combined with excellent service and a thoughtful wine list, this restaurant will be an excellent choice. I will definitely come back!

I believe that the rating is underestimated by competitors.
This restaurant is definitely one of my TOP restaurants! Everything is always very tasty, polite and competent staff. The interior is cool inside)
It's sad that the pizza with sprats was removed.
This year, the girls took risotto with salmon. According to them, this is the best risotto in a lifetime)
I took okroshka with crab and calzone. I definitely recommend trying okroshka.

Beautiful interior and pleasant waiters. The menu is interesting. According to my taste sensations:
- sweet shrimp carpaccio on 6 out of 10
- duck fillet with sweet potatoes and porcini mushrooms on 10 out of 10
- cannoli dessert with ricotta and raspberries on 6 out of 10
- passion fruit lemonade for 10/10.
Prices are at the level of Novikov restiks in Moscow. The taste of the dishes falls far short of the price level - 2 of the 3 dishes were not particularly liked.

we visited this place for the third time, invited friends to dinner, and how much we disappointed them. Last time, the staff was polite, the food was delicious and everything was great. This time, we had bad impressions and left hungry, so we won't be coming back. Caesar with boiled turkey and herbs, the sauce was minimal, we ordered two servings, we told the waiter about it, to which he offered only olive oil (it did not change the situation) we did not finish, for 39 rubles, we could add sauce.... tomato pasta with pinocchio, we also ordered two servings, the pasta was half-cooked, we told the waiter about it, to which he took it to the kitchen, and then returned it and said that the cook tried it and said that the pasta was made as usual, al dente, but the pasta was just rubbery, it was not possible to eat.
Orzo pasta was also more like undercooked rice... unfortunately, the kitchen was badly damaged, leaving bad impressions and a spoiled dinner with the family.

Интерьер милый, но стулья выбраны такого формата, что нормально отодвинуть их и пройти к дальнему месту столика на четверых, не согнувшись в три погибели, невозможно. На входе никто не встретил, зашли, потом вышли обратно в предбанник раздеваться. Персонал старается, но такие мелочи, о которые «спотыкаешься» в самом начале, морально очень понижают уровень заведения с таким средним чеком.

But this is not a cheap place, if your pocket allows you to leave 100 rubles ($30) for dinner - welcome! I would love to come back soon to try something else, but I can't afford to visit restaurants of such a good level so often!

Dialoghi Restaurant is an ideal place for connoisseurs of fine cuisine and a cozy atmosphere. I was completely delighted with the service and attention to detail of each dish. We visited this institution for the first time) We celebrated our wedding anniversary with my husband) but, alas, we did not get any "WOW" effect from the selected dishes (a portion of salad with crab is very small, as if chopped cherry slices, avocado slices and halves of olives were added piece by piece, and the cost for it is unreasonably overestimated from the word "completely"(crackers both in salad with crab and in Caesar salad is very hard, large, slightly chewed! I really like it here. We try new dishes every time, and given the updates in the menu, there is something to treat ourselves to! Papardelle pasta with steak is a steak of the "right" roasting, the taste reflects rosemary and sea salt. Pasta in a "spinach" shade with ink ribbons is artistically and aesthetically pleasing. But the most important thing is delicious!!! And very beautiful! (This also matters 😉)!Turkey fillet in truffle sauce competed with pasta. We didn't decide which we liked more. The delicate taste of the fillet was emphasized by the sauce (truffle is my weakness). Spinach and mushrooms are a full-fledged side dish (it was enough for me), we were offered to complement the dish with mashed potatoes (good job of the waiter). Pavlova -🔥. Even if you don't like meringue because it's too cloying, it's not like that here. Lemon curd and sauce (in the center of the ring), subtly shade and extinguish the sweetness. And all these flavors are complemented by a slight bitterness of fresh grapefruit.

I must say right away that we came from Moscow (there is an overabundance of everything in Moscow: service, food, tastes) Minsk, of course, is inferior in this regard and is more calm.
I spent three days searching for a restaurant and saw that the dialogues had the author's menu and marked by the guide himself.
I won't mention the interior and the atmosphere (we were on Friday at 14:30) it's fine as it is.
The service is what such an institution should be, the waiter Turchin Gleb is a responsible and wonderful employee and person :)
(it's a pity, you can't leave a tip on the card, we don't use cash at all)

Of course, we tried the author's menu, since the last day was left in Minsk and we did not want to miss the opportunity.
All positions were immediately ordered for two (except burgers), they brought us portions in different plates (very nice, because we often practice this, but few places divide it into two at once)

Disappointment instead of pleasure!
The food in this restaurant is certainly delicious, but unfortunately this is the only plus. If you plan to visit this place, then be prepared for the fact that your reserved seat may be occupied by other visitors. Apparently, in this institution, "book" does not mean "guaranteed to get a place."
The service leaves much to be desired - the waiters are not very attentive and rarely approach the tables without a call.
We ordered pizza, and were disappointed with its serving in metal dishes. This, in my opinion, is inappropriate for a restaurant of this level and does not meet the expectations of the guests.
Sitting on the veranda, we felt cool and dark, but none of the staff offered to light candles or bring blankets, which would be very appropriate.
It is also worth noting that the restaurant does not have a tea card, so you will not be able to enjoy delicious tea in a pleasant atmosphere.
The only thing that saves this place is its location and view, for which I give it 1 star. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant for a repeat visit.

They limit the time of the visit, then simply ask you to leave. The prices are much higher than average, while the kitchen is ordinary. We have been to the restaurant 3 times. We were satisfied only 1 time.
During the second visit, some incredible couple came (they flew in from Moscow, talked loudly, to the whole restaurant). There were no empty seats in the restaurant, which was why there was a long pretentious dialogue. After that, some guys decided to leave and vacate the table, the waitress already ran outside after the dissatisfied important guests. A council of 3 people gathered around their table, which is why our waiter forgot about my coffee, which, of course, no longer made sense to drink. Also, no one took us to the wardrobe and did not give us our top things. I had to look for everything myself…
We visited 3 times recently, a friend booked a table for her doctor. During our stay there, someone received a festive compliment, but my friend did not.....In restaurants of this level, they always compliment the birthday people. I don't understand the principle of working with this here.
I give 2 stars only for the food, it's really delicious here

We visit the institution in the late afternoon to feel the atmosphere of comfort and, of course, to observe the work of a professional, because it is in the evening that the whole show takes place in the hall, as for me! Right in the hall, in the evening, they start cooking pasta right in front of your eyes!

There is no longer a desire to go or advise this place, the price is absolutely not justified, it is not clear what the plates with a green pattern are for.

I ordered a steak with fries and greens. One of the worst steaks in Minsk.
The meat was overcooked so much that it was barely chewed, although when ordering, I specified that the medium was fried.

About this, by the way, they put on the floor in pet-friendly establishments…
The waiters are polite, but that's where the service ends... for 15 minutes there were empty dishes on the table and no one cared about us. They were removed when the waiter was called to ask for the bill.
Lemonade, by the way, is also terrible. Soda, ice, a limp piece of mint and a slice of lemon. It looks like a cheap diner
