The rooms are clean, comfortable, spacious, the hotel is not bad in principle, but there is one thing, it's their food, breakfast is very poor, there is no choice, every day the same thing, no variety at all, you can say the same about dinner. The hotel is new, maybe that's why they don't have enough experience yet, they still have a lot to grow, otherwise everything is fine

I came to Shymkent on a business trip, I had a choice where to stay. The choice fell on Diamond Shymkent, solely based on reviews. I stayed at this hotel for 2 days, everything is very good, the rooms are clean, the bathrooms are also clean, comfortable beds, spacious rooms. I concluded for myself that if you are on a business trip to Shymkent, then you must go to this hotel. I recommend it to everyone, the fact matches the description.

I stayed for three days at the Diamond Hotel Shymkent. I have never seen such amazing service from the service staff anywhere. When a guest enters the hotel, the reception staff stands up and greets. Most of all, I liked the charming employee at the reception with the sweet name Aisaule: she willingly advised me to visit places in Shymkent and in the vicinity, gave advice on the establishments of the city, after visiting she clarified my impressions. When I asked to bring an iron and an ironing board, they delivered it to me literally in five minutes. The breakfasts are very tasty and varied. In general, I recommend this hotel for those who will be in Shymkent.

The hotel is 5*, there is excellent karaoke, a summer house, a magnificent Ballroom (toyhana) for 230 people, the kitchen is great, I recommend you will not regret it
