I bought earrings for my daughters on 15.02 for Valentine's Day, I thought I would please them with a gift, even a day later. My daughters are 7 and 9 years old, their ears were pierced 6 months ago. I bought two pairs of earrings in this store. As it turned out later, they were on an English lock and very thick not only for a child's earlobe, but also for an adult, which made it impossible to even insert them into an ear puncture. On closer inspection, I found that the clasps were crooked in one pair of earrings. 17.02 I came to change the earrings for thinner ones, albeit with an additional fee, since the promotion for the products had already passed and I was sure that they would go to the meeting, since I am a regular customer of this store. As soon as I told the consultant my problem, she began to rudely answer me that she could not help in any way and raised her voice louder and louder to every word I said. I was just shocked by this attitude towards my customers and I will never set foot in this store again. I think this network is not client-oriented, but consultants are boors!

Terrible quality. We bought earrings, after 2 months of socks, dark marks appeared on the earrings. (Like an oxidized metal). It feels like they are not made of gold, but of copper. My ear hurt a lot.:(
