I went in September, I liked everything, the hotel is good, the service is good, the food is excellent, the beach is clean, as are the rooms and the whole hotel. very good events every evening.

I stayed at the hotel for 13 days in July, what can I say.
When booking a room (standard) with a sea view, everything looks very nice in the photo. Upon arrival, I was put in a separate building, where there is not even a light in the corridor, everything is squalid and dirty, the time was 22 hours, I did not want to arrange a showdown, I was tired from the road. The room is just a complete nightmare, the wallpaper is dirty, torn, the water in the shower does not come off, the fan on the balcony is so noisy that you can't even sleep, you had to go to the reception, the master was called, the noise was sorted out, in the morning again at the reception to find out information about the room, there are two completely inadequate girls, in English they don't understand at all, in the end I wait for the administrator, I say the room is not the one that I booked, from 9 a.m. to 14 a.m. they sorted it out, I was moved to the main building, it was much better in the main building, the photo of the room when booking corresponded to reality.
What can I say about the main building, the elevators were constantly breaking down, there was no smell of renovation, the walls were flooded as if there was a flood, hot water in the rooms disappeared from 18 o'clock to 19.30 in the shower, and of course the trouble with the air conditioner, it just blows warm air, cleaning - it is not in this hotel, glasses at I was in my room for three days, they forgot to put shower gel, coffee and tea, too, like gel, I had to beg for everything, in short, the full savings of the hotel on guests.
Next, about nutrition, an ordinary canteen with a bunch of flies, but everything is cool, everything is good, the chefs are great, which I can't say about the waiters, completely ill-mannered, if you go with a plate of food, then any waiter can easily take you down, no respect for the guests, especially at (ALPER). The tables are cleaned only when you call them, I want to thank the assistant (Serhat), he's good, you don't need to ask him, he knows his job!
The sea is beautiful, but for me it's cold, the beach is small, there are a lot of people.
I don't know why this hotel is 5 stars, there is a maximum of 3 solid stars!

A magical place for a quiet family vacation. It's not 5 stars, alas. Everything is kind of suffocated). It's tinted here, it's worn and greased there. There is no wow effect, and the attitude towards Russians in this Ala European hotel is not very good. Turks, Poles, French, Germans and 1-2 Russian families. There were statements that I would not sit at the 1st table with Russians and would not participate in contests from animators with these aggressors(. My husband and I and our two children are now aggressors for the whole world. In general, they are restrained so far , but not pleasant. Beautiful views. A gorgeous sandy beach right on the territory of the hotel. Delicious and varied food. There is no porridge at all, and it was certainly difficult for me with a 2-year-old regime baby, but of course this is also a matter of habit. Of course, the choice is not great now, but next time I would not go to this part of Turkey until better times

We arrived, settled in the second building, the rooms were old, there was no lighting on the floor, the room was old, there was a spider in the table lamps and a spider was crawling, there were problems with the wiring, it was repaired for 2 days, as a result of which we asked the reception to change the room. As a result, they settled in the main building with a normal room (almost, because the cards were periodically demagnetized and we could not get into the room, we had to go to the reception again and again), thanks to the hotel at least for this. I liked the food very much, delicious desserts, there was meat and fish on the grill every day, a lot of fruits, this is definitely a like. The hotel itself is boring and very family-friendly (there are a lot of children), there is nothing to do there, those with children are probably fine. Mostly there were Poles in the hotel, the attitude was normal, everyone was quite nice. The animation is very sad and there is not enough of it. The sea is very cool, the water is clear, there were always enough sunbeds, although it was July and there were a lot of vacationers. I give 3 stars for the sea and food

We rested from 08/26/221 to 09/04/2021. The food is not bad, the most delicious dishes are prepared in the smokehouse near the summer dining room: grilled fish, tortillas with cheese, chicken kebab, etc. The sea is warm, but it is better to swim in front of the paid part of the beach, there are fewer swimmers and the water is clearer. Care must be taken when bathing, as there are many sea urchins on the concrete slabs that divide the bathing area into two parts. Good animation, the animators are trying very hard. For exactly a month we lived here with small children, and of course we studied the hotel very well. What can I tell you about the hotel? The hotel consists of two buildings, of newly renovated rooms and old rooms in the main building, where the check-in is taking place. We managed to live there and there. In the building with renovated rooms, the air conditioning does not work well, since it is central there, but here you will find excellent modern rooms with a bathroom with a chic rain shower. From the outside, it can be seen that the hotel is gradually being renovated. Because a lot of things are changing to new ones. This is our first time in Didim. We came here because of the reviews we had read about the magical sea. The sea is beautiful here, the water is clean, there are no waves, sand when entering the sea, there are no stones, and a gentle approach, it is an ideal place to spend a vacation with children here.
The food at the hotel is designed more for local residents, but at least they began to make several types of cereals and cheesecakes for breakfast. Otherwise, well, for an amateur, of course. According to the fruits, there are a lot of different ones here, and they are very tasty. We often went to dinner in the city, so we were basically fine. There are very few Russian-speaking staff in the hotel itself. This is Ilkin at the reception, who has always helped us with everything here, and in the restaurant he is in charge of service and order there. He was always very polite and friendly to us! The territory of the hotel is small but clean, there is a Playground, a mini club. I would like to tell you a few words about the mini club. The mini club is small, everything inside is new, the animators are one girl who speaks Russian. The mini club works strangely, very little from 10 to 12:30 and from 14:30 to 17. And it happened that the animator did not come at all and did not open the club, well, that's how it is with them). There is a Luna Park next to the hotel, and sometimes in the evenings we went there with the children. A 15-minute walk from you, a beautiful village on the coast, Altinkum. Where there are many different shops, cafes, bars. The hotel is certainly worth the money, and those who come here and think that they are going to five stars should understand that the good fives of Turkey are worth completely different money. Well, here, everything is simple, the sea, food, drinks, poor service (it is practically not here) . I give the hotel five points, just because we knew where we were going, and everything expected was real

A 3-4* hotel, no higher. The old room stock, the central air conditioning system works very poorly, the knowledge of the Russian language by the staff is 1/10, we faced outright rudeness from the waiter. The Aegean Sea is much cooler than the Mediterranean.

We had a family vacation. The impressions were only good. Yes, the hotel is obviously a bit old, but if there are any small disadvantages, they are more than overlapped by the advantages. Since we were vacationing with our son for 9 years, it was a very important and significant advantage for us that there is a water park on the territory of the hotel. Very good animation - there is something for both children and adults to do right from morning to evening. The beach is nearby - you literally go down from the hotel to the shore and swim in the sea. The beach is very clean and the sea too. In general, I was pleasantly surprised that despite the fact that the hotel is a little old, it is nevertheless very clean (the hotel territory is clean, the pools (and there are three of them) are cleaned every day, the rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed every day - in short, everything is as it should be, there were no problems with this. By and large, you can spend the whole vacation only at the hotel and not go anywhere and you will not be bored - the animation is just super. The sea is simply magical - the purest, most transparent, with a sandy bottom and mother-of-pearl sand)) We will recommend it to all friends and relatives)) This is just the case when you think it would be nice to relax here again))

We rested with the child for 11 months. Everything was fine) at first they settled in another building, but there is a very small room, they asked to move, they moved to another building, there are better and newer rooms.
The choice of food is normal, there was enough of everything, delicious desserts, grilled dishes. We were satisfied with the rest!
