I arrived at the service station on a Ford Mondeo 3 (2.0 tdci), with a small problem - the fuel pump did not keep the pressure at high speeds. THE Kulibins HAVE BEEN PRACTICING FOR 3 MONTHS. HE LEFT IN A TOW TRUCK. There were childish excuses and excuses every time. It is unclear how and what they did, they said that they cleaned the entire fuel system, but they did not even change the filter. And after their hands, the car abruptly had a bunch of errors, and now it doesn't even start. If you think about contacting these "masters", then look at how many cars are just gathering dust in the parking lot, yours will be disassembled and put next to it and there will be no time to deal with it.

I liked everything. Starting from the moment of the cost of service, there is a specific answer to a specific question. On most other services, everything is blurred in terms of cost and at the end the phrase well, your car won't be cheap (I won't specifically specify the brand of car). Probably almost everything is available for injectors, they do not run to sellers for spare parts. Personally, I was satisfied with everything. A full package of documents, an order order, a cash receipt, a guarantee. I recommend.

Boorish attitude towards customers. To the question "What was being done at the pump?" the answer was: "I don't know!!!" I say, "Can you clarify?" - "No, I can't!!!" Not though they respond with excitement. And in such a tone, as if I owe them something. And the pump costs 1,500 rubles, and you can't find out about the product. After such answers, you definitely would not want to deal with these boors any further.

There was a very negative experience of interaction with this service station. I called on the phone and asked about the diagnosis and repair of the fuel pump on the 1.9 DTI engine, to which the specialist said that yes, everyone does it - come and the master will look. I arrive - first of all, from the start, they said at the door that "we don't do such injection pumps", and then they added "and actually you arrived late and no one will look at anything - you arrived late, we work until 6 o'clock" (although it says everywhere that they work until 8 o'clock). Thank you for your wasted time and unprofessional attitude towards customers.

One of the few places where the diagnosis and repair of pump injectors are done. Diagnostics is common on the stand, in all modes. They make a report on paper with all the numbers. The queue is for a couple of days. They take a set of injectors and practice until the result. With regard to repairs in my case, after the diagnosis, they offered a setting (correction), but they did not particularly insist and did not frighten. They immediately warned that there was no point in doing 1, 2 or 3. You need to adjust everything or not bother and drive on. I didn't do any repairs. (My decision after diagnosis and consultation)

Very irresponsible! We repaired the pump injectors on Ford Galaxy. The car was driven to 9 in the morning, and was taken away only at 8 in the evening because the employees went and kicked the buoys until they arrived to stand over the soul. At prices they are not responsible for their words: on the phone and when they left the car for repair, they announced the price of 400 rubles for diagnostics, cleaning and repair, but in fact more than 1000 rubles came out. I decided to turn to another service - 2 are alive and excellent, and 2 are hanging in the C /W, the guys from the service said that 90% were confused there when checking +- and closed mine.
So think 10 times before applying here.

I gave the injectors for diagnostics, they called back and said that it was necessary to adjust 2 and 2 to repair, upon arrival at the service, at the request to explain and advise on repair / purchase of used ones (from them), but the receptionist just gave a piece of paper and that's it, he showed with all his appearance that he was not interested, the service was not carried out qualitatively, the master did not I consulted , the receipt was not issued , although the service provided a service , the attitude of the staff is terrible , I do not recommend it at all.

I applied for the repair of the farsunok pump, I counted on a day or two of machine downtime. At the stand, two of the five nozzles were identified for replacement / repair. As a result, I arrived and started playing the game guess where to go because no one deigned to come out and tell me where to go. Later, I was generally told that we only deal with injectors and put them off, go look for them nearby, although we even discussed the cost of removing them on the phone. For deception and attitude to clients, the assessment is minimal, I cannot judge for the work because I did not dare to do it with this organization.
