Stay away from this brand. I bought a TV and I regret it. they want a fee of 600 TL for installation on the coffee table for the newly purchased "0" TV. I called customer service and filed a complaint, the customer representative says did I produce the TV? Even the customer representative does not stand behind the brand he is a representative of. I'm a complainant, they need to install the product they sell. Whether it's a customer representative or a service employee, they don't behave ethically at all. Even the employees don't have a sense of belonging, it's an unattended brand.
