The place is super! Nice clean room that has everything you need. And if something is missing, you can ask. Very well maintained area, lots of flowering trees. I especially liked the hammock with a view of the mountains) If desired, you can order breakfast (we didn't take it, I can't rate it).
But the most important treasure of this place is the people - both the owner and all his assistants are just golden people! We especially appreciated this in comparison with our neighbors, where our friends were vacationing at the same time. There were always some incomprehensible quibbles and assaults against them. And when half of the city's lights went out from a thunderstorm, their owner didn't even remember about them. Everything was quiet, peaceful, as polite and friendly as possible. And when the lights went out, they immediately called so that we wouldn't worry and brought candles. And in the morning, at our request, they were allowed to have breakfast with friends in a gazebo on the territory, moreover, they set the table for this. Such an attitude is a complete delight!!! You really feel that you have fallen into caring hands and your vacation will be great.

The room is spacious, the furniture is in good condition. There is a refrigerator, an electric kettle. The bathroom is also in perfect order.

Overall: a good hotel where you can comfortably stay while you are in Dilijan. Based on the experience of traveling in Armenia, I can say that the price-quality ratio is good.
+ friendly staff,
+ we met at the right time, we were allowed to stay until 14:30 upon departure,
+ beautiful territory, hammock, gazebos, barbecue places, good views of Dilijan and the mountains,
+ silence at night, you can get a good night's sleep,
+ there are shops nearby, good cafes, the Agsteva embankment and the center are also within walking distance,
+ the room had a dining table, refrigerator, kettle, chairs, wardrobe, dishes ready to bring if asked,
+ there is an inexpensive breakfast (but I did not use it, as I got up very early both days that I lived here)
+ the most comfortable beds,
- audibility,
- it's cool in the rooms and bathroom on the 1st floor (January),
- ants were found in the room on the 1st floor
, - you need to walk a little to the center, but the walk is a pleasure, the places are beautiful.

Nice hotel with a lovely garden)
The best thing about this hotel is its courtyard)
Even in March, when everything is gray, lying in the garden on a hammock and admiring the views of the mountains, the garden was a pleasure)

There is a lot of empty space in the room, for those with large suitcases / backpacks, it will be ideal. The room is bright, warm, and the mattress is good. Everything is clean. There is a refrigerator, a hairdryer, a kettle, mugs and glasses. Well, according to the standard: slippers, towels, shampoos, paste probes, brushes.
No questions about the bathroom either. Hot water comes immediately, the pressure is good
The breakfasts are simple but hearty: omelette, chocolate flakes, milk, sausage, cheese, fruits, cookies - everything is delicious. It was perfect before the long journey - we took everything we didn't eat with us)
The biggest pain is wi-fi! It is very weak in the room, although there are 3 networks, all are constantly crashing. According to the reviews of other guests, the room below is the same. Here in the garden and on a bench on the 3rd floor with a picturesque view of the mountains it catches well)
The view from the "garden view room" is not very good - an old barn and the wall of another house. Maybe in the summer it will be much better, in early spring it will be like this.
The room itself is a bit strange - a large empty room with only a bed, 2 chairs and 1 bedside table. No table, even a minimal one, no small lamps by the bed (only general light) + 2 sockets in one part of the bed. We came to relax while working on laptops, so all the things described were important. And the socket for short wires is only 1 - in the bathroom :)

I don't know how common this problem is.
The bed linen is synthetic. We don't really like this, but it's more of a quibble.
For such a simple breakfast, 2000 rubles / person is expensive, you can find it cheaper and tastier in the city.
The location is excellent for a beautiful view, but not very good for walking, you need to climb the mountain for 10 minutes, and 20-25 minutes from the center. All cafes and shops are also within a 15-minute walk. But this is solved by a taxi for 300 drams.

Very clean rooms, wonderful staff, on arrival they gave a better room, a delicious breakfast like grandma's and a cozy courtyard with a hammock. There is Parking for two places, a little far from the center, but the place is beautiful
