Do not support animal cruelty tourism!
Today I went for a ride here.
The owners do not care about the horses at all. The gear does not fit them and 3 out of 4 horses which were with us had big cuts on them due to unfitted gear.
As soon as we saw these cuts (see pictures), we got off the horses and unsaddled them as we did not want to contribute to their pain.
We told them the ride is over and showed them how painful the girth is for the horses.
I would not be writing this review if they seemed sorry or upset by hurting the horses and let them go to rest. But they shrugged, didn’t care, and put the saddle back on to ride the horse again!
The saddles are very bad quality, they hurt the horses badly. The girth is nylon which burns the skin of anything or animal it goes on. I left this place feeling awful that I contributed to their pain.
Do not go here if you like horses, because at this business they only want your money, they do not care about the animals and it’s sad to see.
Besides the above fact which is my main issue I will also mention.
Our experience was very unorganised and we sat around for almost an hour very confused on what was going on.
The owners were more concerned on getting Instagram pictures and videos rather than giving us a service & looking after the horses.
Keep in mind, what was organised on text vs what was said was different. I understand there was a language barrier but if you don’t plan to ride more than 6 hours they won’t show you anything other than a paddock. Which should have been mentioned.
The scenery is stunning, but considering these people don’t actually care about the horses I think it’s best you see what you can with hiking or zip lining.
Personality traits like caring for animals won’t get better if you support businesses like these.
The place was amazing and so much beautiful, the stuff was very good and lovely people, horses were neat, clean and very smart. Our day went so good and the special THANKS to the guide Ovsanna to organize everything. I recommend Dilijan Horseriding 💙
We had such a beautiful memories with Dilijan Horseriding. They have amazing staff and service and we would exactly go to there one more time 😍
I recommend everyone to visit there!
Everything was at the highest level: interesting, beautiful with fascinating views and beautiful nature.
The people are very kind and helpful, the horses are clean and well-groomed. And the gatherings around the campfire gave a special atmosphere to the whole day, I definitely advise you
I definitely recommend it !!👍👍 It was the most wonderful trip in Armenia 🤩🤩 Thanks guys. The horses, the mountains and the views are just wonderful. Let 's go back again !!😍
I was here yesterday. We paid 30,000 drams together. We went for a walk around the territory. They did not leave the territory. Although it's very beautiful there. It got boring after 15 minutes. In general, for such a 15k per hour per person is very expensive. I won't come here anymore.

Jipping is called taking you to a location off-road on an old UAZ.
The horses are good, but unfortunately the attitude towards them is consumer, they are constantly saddled in this heat, and if you try to put your hand under the saddle, there is a fire:(
Knowledgeable people say that the saddle is not the right size and that there are more breathable materials with which horses are more comfortable.
I'm not going there anymore.
