A great hotel with excellent service! Located in the mountains, fresh air, beautiful villas. Beautiful territory with a Playground, Parking. The girls at the reception are very responsive and polite. I liked it so much that I returned there for the second time) and if we visit Armenia again, we will definitely stay there!

I stayed here for one night at the end of January in a Deluxe room. The room cost around 30 thousand drams (5k rubles). At the same time, it was terribly cold in it, the room itself was patched, the walls were shabby, it was clear that it needed some kind of cosmetic repairs. It's obviously not worth the money. The price of this room is a maximum of 10k drams. In the shower, the shower head is clogged, covered with lime, and the hair dryer holder is broken. The carpets are dirty, the bed is wobbly. Well, this…The only advantage is the view from the window to the beautiful mountains.

A terrible place to live! The staff is not customer-oriented. The houses are dirty upon check-in. Garbage has never been taken out during the entire stay. The place is not intended for living in winter, it is slippery. They asked to sprinkle a path to the house , ignored the request. Toilets don't flush. The bathroom is not heated, cold with mold. Broken dishes in the cupboard. Bed linen with holes.
